Ce grand appartement (entièrement rénové) offre une permanence agréable, brillante, fraîche et pratique au cœur de la Toscane. Il dispose de deux grandes chambres (25 deux salons dont l’un avec une grande cuisine neuve entièrement équipée. L'autre salon dispose d'un canapé-lit. Il ya 2 toilette et balcons-terrasses indépendants avec vue ensoleillée et brillant. Lave-linge et la vaisselle sont fournis. Les deux balcons-terrasses ont également placer pour le séchage car ils bénéficient de beaucoup de soleil. L'appartement est situé dans une zone centrale et tranquille de Montepulciano. Très accessible et à proximité de la partie historique de Montepulciano (100m.), L'appartement est proche de 2 grand parking gratuit (30m.) Et de la station de bus (100m.), Donc très facile pour le transport de bagages (premier étage après seulement 6 étapes) . En outre, il est très proche des commerces et des marchés alimentaires, marché local (jeudi) bars et restaurants.

Great location

My husband and I stayed for 6 days over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful stay. Elias was so helpful and went out of his way to help us. The apartment was clean and very well equipped.

Perfect location!!!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and plenty of space for another couple. The place was clean and so close to everything in montepulciano. There was free parking less than 50’ which was very convenient.

It has a fabulous location close to supermarket and some restaurants. Manager was super. Walking distance to old city. Neighbour brought us freshly crushed olive oil.

Fabulous Stay in Tuscany

Elias our host and property owner was just the best. We had delays with our flights and bike rentals and Elias was so accommodating with our constant change of plans. Highly recommend staying here in Montepulciano at this wonderful apartment just steps from the old city.

Second time we've stayed here! Wonderful!

This is the second time we've stayed here because we love it so much! Elias is a wonderful host and the apartment is big and bright and sparkling clean. Parking is very close (less than a block away). Montepulciano is a charming town and it's a great home base for exploring the rest of Tuscany. Thanks again Elias!

beautiful and bright apartment with ideal location

Two couples stayed here for 2 nights in October. The location was perfect with free parking close by and an easy stroll to the walled city. The apartment was very bright and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Elias was very responsive to emails/texts and a perfect host, bringing us fresh baked cookies when we arrived! A perfect stay!

The Perfect Stay in Montepulciano

This apartment was the absolute best experience we have ever had with a Vrbo stay. The host Elias met us and explained everything about the apartment, gave us advice on things to do, and was available for any questions or needs during the stay. The apartment itself is GORGEOUS and is in a great location for going into the center of Montepulciano and for accessing the main bus depot. Everything here was perfect and I can't recommend staying here enough!

Amazing - will visit again

Elias was lovely and helpful. He showed me around the property and explained everything perfectly. The apartment was cosy and so nice for four people. We also had a great view when it snowed. Location was great. Even though it was just outside the walls of the city, it was perfect for us. Would stay again and I can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer

Ultimate destination in Tuscany

Fantastic accommodations in the heart of Multepulciano. Close to the best bakery and grocery store. Steps to the old town with an abundance of fantastic place to eat, the most amazing wines. Day trips to the smaller out towns and wineries are easily accomplished. We will return.😘🍷🥂

A perfect home base to explore Tuscany!

This apartment is modern and clean - and well located with lots of free parking and a local supermarket a few minutes walk up the street. Elias our host is warm and welcoming - he even met us on the road to help guide us to his apartment. He checked in with us regularly to make sure all was as it should be. We highly recommend this apartment as a home base for visiting Tuscany.

Elias is a great host!

We spent 3 nights here in April 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Elias is very helpful and available for questions, recommendations, etc. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the location is within easy walking distance (uphill of course but it's Montepulciano) of the main sights and attractions. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Spacious, well-appointed apartment

Very convenient location for walking Montepulciano. Spacious two bedroom, two bath, well-stocked kitchen, large living/dining room (however, we didn't use as was hot weather; only kitchen/informal dining area and master bedroom have AC). Nice small terrace with limited view. Parking very short walk away. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

The other one is always fresh because in summer time the sun is not beating there and if needed I left air cooler inside the wardrobe. This is highlighted in the details of the description. Perfect place to explore Montepulciano

A beautiful, spacious apartment so convenient for exploring the beautiful town of Montepulciano. Elias was the perfect host - happy for us to arrive early and gave us really great tips for eating and things to do both in Montepulciano (we were lucky enough to be there for the postponed festival) and around about. My two boys (13 and 11) loved it too. Really helpful to have the free parking nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastico!!!!

The Beautiful Sun is a fantastic, large, modern, well-appointed apartment in Montepulciano. I have had the pleasure of staying in the apartment twice in the last 2 years. It is clean, Beautiful, convenient and, Elias is an amazing host and a great all around person. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montepulciano or the surrounding Val d'Orcia!! I hope to visit again in the near future!

Perfect location and excellent host

This was the perfect location for a week-long stay in Tuscany. Elias was such a helpful host, with spot-on recommendations for hill towns to visit, restaurants, vineyards and even how to purchase train tickets to Switzerland. Parking was free and it was a quick walk uphill to the old city. We visited the bakery next door each day and made several quick trips to the grocery store a block away. This clean, spacious and bright apartment made traveling with my adult children easy and memorable. Thanks, Elias!
