Just 7 minutes to stores and restaurants and 10 to the beach. You need something for dinner - walk to Trader Joes, want to enjoy the sunset, walk to Dolphin Park. New mattresses and pillows, water heater and an extremely well-equipped kitchen will make your long-term stay so comfortable and easy. This excellent property features 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a comfy sofa bed in the office. The neighborhood is peaceful and yet amazingly well located. So close to the beach, just minutes of walking to stores, restaurants and supermarkets - it's perfect!!
Please be aware this is not a party house, we have neighbors who are elderly and families with young children. Enjoy the tranquility, but please respect the peace of the area.

You could leave your car in the driveway because it is so easy to get around on foot. The yard is mature and peaceful with great patio furniture to enjoy your surroundings.
One bedroom serves as an office and has a very comfortable, easy to pull out sofa bed. THe master bedroom has a shower, the office bedroom has a half bathroom and the second bedroom has a full shower bathroom across the hall.
We live in the house part time so the kitchen is equipped with almost every appliance. When we stay in the house, we have a dog. The house is cleaned thoroughly before you arrival, but if you are allergic to dogs, please bear this in mind.
