Mountain Top Retreat with ATV Route Access

Rarity Retreat is a 2400 sq. foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Guests will love the beautiful 10 acre property with outdoor features and plenty of parking with pull through access! This property provides access to ATV routes to get you into the mountains with no trailering required! over 140,000 acres with endless miles of ATV trails just waiting to be explored. (ATV’s/SXS's are not provided)

Rarity Retreat features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Featuring a king master suite with a private full bathroom. A spacious great room perfect for family gatherings that includes a 50" television with app access to connect to all your streaming needs (subscriptions are not included. You will need to connect to your own accounts). Just through hallway you will find 4 additional queen bedrooms (one featuring double queens), two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer. The full kitchen comes complete with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (grounds, powder creamer, filters and sugar included), toaster, blender, dishes, and cookware. Covered front deck with chairs giving guests the perfect spot to relax rain or shine. Cook up a outdoor meal on the back deck featuring a 5-burner grill (gas included), table and chairs.


Our property has over 10 acres of space with a large area cleared off. The inground fire pit (wood not included) offers a nice area for guest to gather and wind down after a day exploring the mountains. Plenty of parking is provided with pull through access!

Unlike most properties in the area there is cell service on property. Wifi internet access is also available.

ATV’s/SXS's are not provided but welcomed.

We now have a RV/Camper hook up (electric only) for an additional $25 a night!


Check-In

We offer self-check-in. We will provide you with a keypad code to unlock the door. You may check-in any time after 4 pm. If you need an earlier time, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

Parking

Property features a large pull through driveway to fit 5-6 vehicles with trailers. property also features an additional gravel drive leading up to the side of the house perfect for parking your machines after a great day exploring the beautiful Cumberland Mountains.

We accept pets on a case by case basis. We just need to know the breed and age of the Animal (we don't accept puppies of any breed)

$150 fully refundable damage deposit. (released with-in 7 days of check out)

-OFF-ROAD PERMIT AND PASS INFORMATION-
North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit Riding Area is a multi use trail system. The area is open twenty-four hours a day and camping is allowed on the entire area. At least one occupant of a vehicle must possess a valid WMA permit or a North Cumberland Special Use Permit. License and permits may be purchased locally at license agents or online. Visit the TWRA website for more information and to purchase licenses and permits online.
