There are three separate living areas with comfy seating for your group to spread out and relax. The main living room is connected with the dining area and kitchen where everyone can gather together. The main dining table has 6 chairs. There are another 3 stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.

The upstairs living space has a balcony overlooking the main living room. This space features a bunk bed, a seating area, and a large desk.

The downstairs living room features a large smart TV, wood stove, games, and a game table where your whole group can gather.

There are two master bedrooms with king beds and ensuite full bathrooms. One is upstairs next to the living room/bunk room/office space. This master bedroom has a walkout balcony that looks out over the firepit.

The second master bedroom is downstairs next to the living room/game room. This room is newly constructed with an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy the modern shower and fixtures.

The main floor features two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom.

One of the greatest features of this cabin is the large, wrap-around deck. The back area is covered with an outdoor living and dining area. The side deck is open-air with a grill, hammock, and hot tub. The deck continues around to the front porch with super comfy, overstuffed chairs. From here, you can also step out into the yard and let the time pass around the fire pit - Southern style.

Please note that access to this cabin is via a gravel road. It is accessible with a normal car as there are no steep or rutted sections. However, in times of heavy rain or snow, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended

Other things to note:

• Pets are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $110/pet applies for guests traveling with animals.
• We require a damage waiver for all reservations. This is a small, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay. It is significantly more guest-friendly than traditional security deposits, which are often equal to or greater than the cost of the booking.
We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

PETS ALLOWED. We welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet outside and inside. If you must allow your pets on furniture, please cover the furniture with YOUR OWN blanket or towel. The pet fee does NOT include animal waste cleanup or stains on bedding, towels, or upholstery.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
