Parking: maximum 5 vehicles (1 in garage, 2 in driveway, 2 in front of the house). Do not park in front of neighboring homes.
Security: exterior cameras monitor all entry points (front door and garage door), plus the backyard gates (both of these are locked) for guest and host security. A front door doorbell camera records upon motion. These are in place for your safety and protection. Please do not touch, cover, or tamper with cameras â doing so may result in immediate eviction of all guests with no refund for unused nights, and at minimum, you will be charged a $300 fee. There are NO cameras inside the home.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for any fines (can be up to $2500). Please be aware that we have a privacy-safe noise sensor in the backyard. Do not tamper with or remove the sensor; it will notify us if touched, and you will be charged a $300 fee.
Early Check-In & Luggage Drop-Off:
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but due to frequent back-to-back reservations, this is not always possible. The time between guests is used for thorough cleaning and necessary maintenance.
If you need an early check-in, we offer a guaranteed two-hour early check-in for a $50 fee to help offset the cleaning team reschedule and inspection adjustments. This is subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.
Luggage drop-off may be possible upon request, depending on our schedule. Please reach out in advance to check availability.

Again, we require guests to notify us of any vendors, so please let us know BEFORE you book.
Decorations: absolutely no tape or decor with adhesive strips allowed. Also, no confetti or glitter inside or outside â and that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

We welcome well-behaved pets to our property, understanding the importance of including your furry companions. However, please be aware that our home is not specifically designed for pets. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, including those with allergies, we have the following guidelines:
Maximum: A maximum of two mid-to-small-sized pets are allowed.
Pet Fee: A pet fee of $100 USD per pet, per night, will be applied to your reservation. This fee is for the accommodation of your pet and does not cover pet-related cleaning.
