This bright, comfortable villa features a cozy queen bedroom, fun hallway bunks, a sleeper sofa, a full kitchen, a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony and plan your next adventure.



Located just a few steps from the beach and the island’s largest beachfront pool, you’ll have easy access to ocean views and sunny days. Challenge your family to tennis or pickleball, rent bikes to explore scenic trails, or let the kids burn off energy at the playground. Stay active at the fitness center and enjoy on-site dining at CocoNutz Sportz Bar, Gator’z, and Jamaica Joe’z.

1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. 

Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.



Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

The condo was just as described. Location was very convenient. We loved the close beach and pool access. Great vacation spot! The owners answered questions and checked in with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

We love the first floor condos-Love how this unit’s balcony did not face the parking lot-Instead it had a more private, scenic view-Unit was just as listed-Love all the extra hooks for hanging towels, hats, bathing suits, etc-Great location, so close to the pool and beach-Would stay here again

Great place to stay!We had a fantastic time- we love Beach and Tennis and this was a cute little one bedroom for sure. Everything was easy and streamline for check in and check out. Here is a few good things and some things that could be better. Compliments:Location perfectNicely appointedPlenty of towelsVery coolComfortable sofaPretty view Suggestions:Keurig -get one Update TV'sBetter mattress Comfortable balcony seating. The good BY FAR outweighed the ‘suggestions’ as far as quality of stay goes!!!

Quick Beach Trip

I stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. The condo was a one minute walk to the beach and well equipped with anything you would need. Evenings on the patio overlooking the foliage was a great end to the day. Plenty of towels and linens, and the starter pack of necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, and shower toiletries was perfect and got me through the week. I brought my own but there were also two beach chairs available to use. I enjoyed completing one of the puzzles throughout my stay as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice unit but not a “breathtaking view” as listed

We just had a 4 night stay at the resort. The owner of C117, Mary, was very nice and extremely quick to respond. The property is beautiful and well maintained and close to the main walking area/bike path of HHI. The main drawback is that the pools are not heated. My kids swim in anything and at most during the middle of the day, there were no more than 8 people in the water because the temperature was just that cold. My kids did not swim for more than 20 minutes at a time so if you are looking for a swim friendly resort for April, this may not be it. If you are only interested in the beach or lounging poolside, then absolutely. Again, this is not reflective of the unit owner but just for families with swimmers for this time of year. Beyond that, it was a very nice stay.
