Castaways King Villa on Beach, Free Bikes!

Prime location in a quiet, gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach. Walk to the many nearby restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. This beautifully renovated condo features a comfy king bed and smart TV in the bedroom, a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and bikes are included!

Enjoy easy onsite beach access and fantastic amenities, including a sundeck, pool, and grilling area. The condo also offers covered parking and an ocean-view balcony, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! đŸŒŠđŸïž

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect Little Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. My wife and I stayed here while helping our daughter move to town, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The location is great—very close to restaurants and plenty of activities. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend, and the king-size bed was excellent. Kendall was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She is a genuinely great person, and we highly recommend staying here

Great Weekend Getaway

This property made for a wonderful weekend getaway! The accommodations were very clean, with easy access and a view of the beach from the balcony. It's conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at both the beach and the pool.

Prime location, short walk to the beach, short walk to multiple restaurants. Bikes were great to use. Condo was as advertised. Bed was great, everything was clean and neat. Had everything you would need for a beach trip. Would recommend to stay.

Lovely getaway stay!

We truly enjoyed this place. Was very clean and smelled great when we walked in, very quiet at night, check in instructions were easy and great access to beach, food and shopping and Rebecca was amazing , very helpful and responsive, would definitely stay again if we go to Hilton Head again.
