Cette maison de bain 3 chambres 1 est situĂ©e dans la ferme privĂ©e Briggs. Le Grand Lac SalĂ© s'Ă©tend sur 4 km et offre d'innombrables possibilitĂ©s pour la pĂȘche, la pĂȘche en mer, la natation et le kayak. Il y a trois belles plages Ă  moins de trois miles de la maison, chacune offre une expĂ©rience diffĂ©rente. Marchez sur les quais d'un village de pĂȘcheurs opĂ©rationnel et achetez du homard juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© des bateaux de pĂȘche! Le ferry de Block Island est Ă  seulement 4 miles et vous emmĂšne dans une grande aventure d'Ăźle, n'oubliez pas d'apporter vos vĂ©los! Si vous aimez la pĂȘche, des bateaux Ă  la journĂ©e ou des bateaux privĂ©s sont disponibles pour toute la famille. Block Island Sound vous propose une fantastique pĂȘche au bar Ă  rayures. Les enfants adorent Adventure Land, qui propose des cages au bĂąton, des karts, des bateaux tamponneurs et du golf miniature. Adorable house with all the accommodations and amenities my kids and I needed! It is in a very nice, walkable neighborhood and so close to EVERYTHING - beaches, restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, etc. We would definitely stay there again!!

Clean, spacious, and centrally located for day trips to Newport and Block Island. Quiet neighborhood with lovely backyard space. It's also conveniently located near several restaurants. Open floor plan with kitchen, DR, and LR with a huge TV and an extra-large couch. Five women thoroughly enjoyed their two-night stay and hope to return next year!

Quiet neighborhood near many amenities.

The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed the pretty backyard. I would definitely book again when in the area.

Great for our family!

This rental is in a great location and was perfect for our 6 person family! Big communal space to relax in the evenings and the kids loved the bunk bed :)

Narragansett Vacation - 4 nights in August

The house is quaint and had all we needed for our stay. We appreciated having the bed linens and towels provided, too. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and convenient to everything!

Perfect location, great house

Close to the pier and the beach. And the house is great, with several bedrooms, a/c, a great tv in the main room, and an outdoor shower. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Weekend Away!

The property was well cleaned, the size suited our needs, and it was close to the beaches. Spent time sunning, visiting block Island and exploring Fishermen’s. Lovely farmers market on Sunday. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. We may see you again next year.

Great location and comfortable stay

We were able to stay at this wonderfully quaint place in Narrangansett for the Labor Day Weekend. It has all the household items needed to feel like a home away from home. The location is close to everything, 5 mins to any shopping needs, beach or fishing location! We were able to take the little ones on a nice walk around the neighborhood nightly. It’s super safe and quiet.

We already know the area well, and we all loved this house. It’s not large, but for our needs, that’s even better. Great barbecue outside. Loved the outdoor shower option. Everything we needed was there. We’d be happy to stay again. Thank you!

The house was just what we needed for a short weekend stay. Our family of six had plenty of room to watch tv and hang out for the limited time we were there. A few more throw blankets would have been great for the couch. The bathroom was small but served its purpose. Everything was clean. It was obviously used as a rental as the furniture in the living room and kitchen were worn, but nothing that detracted from our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and all of us slept well. The kitchen had the essentials. We baked a cake to celebrate a birthday while we were there and found everything we needed to do so. We used a disposable pan so not sure if a cake pan was available. We found restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations close by. We never needed to contact the host as the check in and out plus wifi and tv instructions were all provided. All in all it was a pleasant visit.

Loved our stay Here!!!

We had an amazing stay at this home. Check in was a breeze and the house was just as described: clean, cozy, and very close to beaches and other stores. John is a great person to rent from. He responds so quickly to any questions I had. I knew I loved the spot when I first opened the door and the AC was on and the home was cool as it was very humid out that day. John had the cleaners turn the AC on for when we arrived knowing the weather, so thanks again John. That was greatly appreciated. The outdoor shower was another hit!! We also enjoyed having the kayaks as well. My husband and 2 boys utilized them a few times during the week. We had a blast the week we stayed at this home and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a wonderful home to stay at for their vacation. We hope to return in the future!!

Location was the reason for our stay

Overall we loved the location. We are hosts ourselves and we felt a few tweaks to the place would help with guest satisfaction. When we arrived, it was extremely hot, so we had to crank the AC. There were minimal amenities, so we had to go get coffee every morning because there was only a keurig and no keurig cups. A coffee maker is a must have. We had very few towels, no shampoo, one ply toilet paper, etc. There were visible bug traps and the home wasn’t super clean. The host was very responsive, but it just felt like they were not totally ready to host or unable to provide decent amenities. The small things make a big difference, and the location gives it potential, so it’s worth the extra attention to those issues.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We had never really thought about buying until we started renting beach houses. We would find the 'perfect' beach house for our young family only to realize that we were surrounded by rental properties on all sides and some folks would party into the next morning- good for them- but not so good for our young children. Our house has a vacant wooded lot on one side and across the street and a year round family behind us. We really enjoy being in a quieter neighborhood where we can enjoy our family.
