Great stay close to Scarborough Beach!

This is the 3rd house that we've rented in Narragansett, RI over the last 4 years and it is by far the best of the lot! The house is a short (10 minute) walk to the beach. The place has been completely updated, is very clean, well equipped and everything works! Having a 2nd fridge downstairs is a huge help, too. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Updated beach house , very cute!

We have stayed in the Scarborough south neighborhood for several years in a row and really love being able to walk to the beach. Bonus was the small screen porch and the full finished basement so the kids could have space to themselves. We also loved having the water dispenser with the fridge as most rentals haven’t included that. Overall it was a great stay!

Amazing rental!

We have rented in Rhode Island for years, adjusting each year for our family's needs. This house is by far the best we have ever encountered. The location of the house is close enough to walk to the beach, and the rental includes a beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for use during our stay. The appliances are new, functioning, and standard size which made preparing meals enjoyable. The hosts thought of every eventuality when outfitting the kitchen, with place settings for eight people and every kitchen tool a family would need. The layout of the house is airy and open, the furniture was comfortable, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. One of the best aspects of the rental is that it was PRISTINELY clean when we arrived and there was a lovely welcome bag for us waiting. The owner is friendly, responsive, and while he lives next door, he is not intrusive at all. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back!

Cottage is clean and beautiful. The hosts summer home is next door and while they don’t bother you they’re right there if you need them! Wonderful hosts. The home is clean and comforting. We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach House

You can’t beat the location of this beach house! Upon check in we had a little welcome bag with snacks and wines. The house was clean and modern. The backyard was private and decently sized for small gatherings with family. The downstairs has extra beds for guests staying over night, perfect for our extended family and friends. We are already looking forward to staying next year! Thank you, Chris!

Home in Narragansett

We were welcomed with open arms when we arrived and it was so appreciated. The property is adorable, nicely decorated and quiet. Chris was excellent to deal with. He answered all questions and would make himself available if the neeed arose. Thank for a very comfortable stay.

Perfect place

Most thoughtful vacation property! It has all the things we need to enjoy our stay. Includes WiFi, smart TV, air conditioner. House is clean and well maintained. Practical kitchen wares for us to grill, home make dinner, plus friends to stop by for a dinner. We are most grateful for the use of the beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect place for our beach week!

This home is within walking distance to Scarborough Beach on a quiet street! It’s comfortable, clean, updated and nicely decorated with all necessary amenities, including a great outdoor shower and well-stocked kitchen. The owner is considerate and responsive, and he surprised us with wine and snacks at check in! We loved our stay!

My Family and I really enjoyed our week at this house! It was just what we were looking for and more. There was plenty of room for four adults and one child. The house was updated and clean. We especially appreciated the bonus area downstairs, which included a half bath, laundry, extra sleeping and living space.

The house was well equipped and had a finished basement which was a plus with four kids. It was also very clean and kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking. Screened porch was a plus to get away from kids! Walking distance to beach was great and the street was pretty quiet. Bath towels being supplied would have been a plus.

Loved it!

Our family has been renting vacation rentals all over New England for the last 14 years and this house is one of the best we have ever rented. It is completely updated, clean and has everything you need - including beach chairs and an umbrella! We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Narragansett on our vacation!

The house is lovingly maintained, well equipped, and very comfortable. The layout is spacious and good for entertaining. Walking distance to a beautiful beachand close to many activities! We found many great restaurants nearby, walking trails, and the house is close to the block island ferry.

Great house, easy walk to the beach, quiet side road

What a great house! While not far from 108 and Ocean Road its a quiet side road that rarely hard cars drive down the street (great for families with younger kids). You can walk to the beach in just a bit over 5 minutes. The interior of the house was finished great! We have stayed in houses that were falling apart, not this house - solid construction and finish work all around.
