The space
If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this house has incredible options.

You can take in the view from the outside loungers, relax in the comfy outdoor sofas, or fish off the dock. If you like to stay active on vacations, there is plenty to do. You can, kayak, go for a swim in the lake, go hiking, or golf nearby.

★Kitchen
The open concept chef's kitchen is a delight! No expense was spared on the quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

The 10 ft x 5 ft island has barstool seating for 5 guests.

Please note: Despite having one - there is no garbage disposal use at this property due to the septic holding system.

★Dining Room
The dining table can seat up to 8 guests (there is an additional 6 person dining table on the deck as well) .

★Living Room
• 55” Smart TV – Stream your favorites
• Spacious Seating – Comfy oversized L-shaped couch perfect for morning coffee, movies, lounging or games.
• You may log into the TV with your personal streaming apps.

★Deck & Outdoors
The oversized deck is a great place to spend most of your time. You can see the sunrise to your left with some coffee, or the sunset to your right with a cocktail, mocktail or glass of wine.

Relax on the comfortable lounge seating for 8-10 people, and enjoy the gas fire table that you can easily turn on and off with a knob.

★Kayaks
There are two kayaks. We have provided two adult life jackets, which we require you to use when using them. If you are bringing children please bring child life jackets to assure they fit properly.

★Lake and Private Dock
Bring your boat or rent one at one of the nearby Lake Murray Marinas. There is parking available for one boat on our floating dock.

There is also plenty of lakeshore to swim and float around. You can access the swimming area from the ladder on the dock, or via the shoreline.

We also have great fishing off our dock. Common fish by our point are catfish, bass, and bream.

We have a nice size laundry room/mudroom equipped with a full size washer and dryer, folding area, and hooks for drying beach towels.

Guest access
This is a quiet residential area. You will have access to the entire home except the locked owners pantry and closet

You will also have access to the oversized deck, yard, and swimming area.

Other things to note
This house is very close to the water and on a semi - wooded lot. Expect to see wildlife including bugs, birds, turtles, muskrats, squirrels, ants, spiders, mayflies, fish and deer. If bugs or animals bother you, this listing will not be a good fit. Regular pest treatment is done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip in if the doors or windows are left open.

We do not allow parties. All guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for providing their own life jackets in the event provided life jackets are not the correct size. Guests may tie their boat off at the dock at their own risk.

We also regularly have yard maintenance, pest maintenance, and other routine maintenance workers on the exterior to keep the house looking it's best.

• Violations of noise ordinances may result in a $500 fine.
