There is plenty of parking on our secluded 1/2 acre property. Do not park on the concrete slab under the house

We had a wonderful family getaway for thanksgiving! Our host was helpful, and warm when I did have a random question. Amazing balconies to take in the ocean view and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Would definitely recommend!

Check in was easy. Great access to the beach. Wifi was fast . Loved the swings on the bottom deck and the loved the breezeway. Only issue was no grill.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the house was very comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the house was not ocean front as described. It did have incredible views of the ocean and it was a quick walk to the beach but we did have to cross 87 to get there. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Very nice, comfortable, private. A lot of stairs was expected; however, some sort of pulley system would be a welcome site for groceries and bags . All and all a great place. Very clean.

Nice Stay

House is very nice. Easy beach access. Good location if you're looking for something off the beaten path. Not super close to town and restaraunts. Great oceanview but alot of road noise.

Peaceful 1/2 Acre Lot!

Quiet and not sitting on top of neighbors! Very clean and well stocked. Beach is an easy 1 block and visible from both decks. First experience on a mezzanine balcony...new favorite space! Enjoyed and will definitely be back.

This beach house is on a sprawling half acre property in the most secluded part of the Bolivar Peninsula. We love being steps from the beach and having the beach all to ourselves. Panoramic 360 views from the Mezzanine Deck makes that space our most favorite.
The owner's touch in the home and how we host is all designed for your comfort and making your stay special. After years of globetrotting we are using all that experience to be the hosts we want for ourselves when we travel.
