This lake house comes complete with amazing views of the Jamesville Reservoir located in Jamesville, NY. The back deck faces the water allowing you to take it all in; the sunsets are the best!

The property has water access with a dock.

The lake house has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a futon and sofa-bed.

Please note: There is a doorbell camera monitoring my front door for safety of our home.
The space
This property is a SHARED PROPERTY that has two buildings on it. This rental is for the main house which is located behind the garage, closest to the lake. If you are interested in renting the guest studio as well as the main house, for an additional guest or two, that is an option pending the calendar so please let us know!

Please be respectful of the neighbors and potential guests who are staying at the guest studio; the same will be requested of them for you. The only part of this rental that is shared with the guest studio is the driveway. This rental has FOUR allotted parking spaces in the driveway in front of and to the right of the garage.

This property DOES have water access and a dock. If you are interested in bringing your boat, there is a boat launch at the other end of the reservoir. Swim at your OWN RISK!

There is a fenced in yard, small and well trained dogs are permitted. Please notify us if you are bringing a dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. Please keep pet crated when you leave the property and keep accompanied on property. Dogs are not allowed on our furniture. If fur is found and extra cleaning is required, there will be an additional cost.

This is a quiet street; no parties are permitted. Please be considerate by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

Guest access:

Guests have access to the main house, and FOUR parking spaces in front of and to the right of the garage. There are also three entrances to the main house. The main/front entry to the house is inside the fenced-in area between the garage and main house. There is also a side entry and back entry that are both located on the deck. The front entry door has a keypad entry, the code will be specific to your stay and will be sent to you the day of your check-in.
