With a full-sized cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator in the kitchen, the unit offers you the necessary convenience.

The Neighborhood:

Enjoy walks on the beach, dips in the pools, and dining options right on site thanks to the property's handy location just feet from the beach! Market Common, IMAX Theatre, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach are all within a short drive away. A short drive gets you to many of the area's well-known restaurants, retail stores, golf courses, and attractions.



Getting Around:

Using ride-sharing services like Uber, Lyft, and Turo is highly recommended.

This room does not allow smoking. There are only specific outside areas where smoking is allowed. This condo is not a hotel room; it is privately owned. Kindly handle it with the same consideration that you would your own house. If there are any problems, we will try our best to address them as soon as possible. Please be advised, nevertheless, that nobody is ever on-site at all times.



Notice: Tile removal and flooring replacement at Bayview (elevator lobby and porte cochere entrance) will take place Mar 16–27, 2026. No work during quiet hours or weekends. Elevators will be closed and some pedestrian areas temporarily restricted during renovations.Note: The waterpark beyond the parking deck will not be accessible from this property.

Note: The unit next door (Room B) and this condo share an AC control system. For both air conditioners to function, the thermostats must be set to the same temperature and settings.
