This is Portland at its bestâa creative, colorful, and soulful neighborhood where every corner features a mural, a boutique, or a five-star food cart. Wake up and stroll to Proud Mary for coffee, grab ice cream at Salt & Straw, or head to Alberta Park just a few blocks away. Donât miss Expatriate for a drink, Pine State Biscuits or Tin Shed for brunch and a soak at Kennedy School. This neighborhood is buzzing with energy and walkable charm while still feeling residential and relaxed.
Getting Around:
đ¶ Walking â This quiet residential neighborhood is near the Beaumont Village area, with cafes, restaurants, and shops within a short walk or quick drive.

* This listing can be booked with an adjacent townhome on the other side of the building. Because of such, there is a locked door that can connect in the listing. This door however, is locked and remains locked unless both listings are rented together.
** The studios in this building are all ground floor and face south which sits next to an industrial building that faces NE Alberta - occasional noise from bars, restaurants and otherwise urban sounds can be audible at times
