Relax and enjoy this peaceful waterfront centrally-located Corpus Christi home. Built in 2020, this beautiful 3 bed / 3 bath townhome has everything you need for a stay in Corpus Christi. Once inside you will see an elegant design focused on comfort and quality. Outside features two patios where you can enjoy beautiful waterfront views and listen to the sounds of the ocean. After you have relaxed in the home, you can explore the amenities such as a pool and tennis.
This home is perfect for families, groups, and business travelers. The home is laid out with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in the following set up.
-Upstairs living space has 3 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with a king bed, outdoor patio access off master, 2 guest bedrooms with a king bed and a queen), 2 full baths, laundry room.
-Main floor has dining room, full bath, kitchen, outdoor patio, sitting area.
Free parking on premises outdoors. Boat parking is available behind the home for a fee.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it! The stay had a beautiful ocean view, the amenities were convenient and easy to find, and the whole place smelled amazing when we arrived. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday, and we’d definitely stay here again!
