What a fantastic property! So many fun rooms to explore…I wish we were able to stay longer to take advantage of it all! This was such a fun vacation home for my family! Variety of games, loved the hot tub and fire pit, be sure to pack your bug spray. If you forget no worries, there’s some lite shopping and restaurants nearby if you’re in need. The house was clean, kitchen was stocked with basics plus an awesome coffee bar. An enormous amount of indoor and outdoor space. The photos are accurate and communication was seamless. I would definitely book again.

This property was one of the best maintained that I’ve ever stayed in. It was exactly as advertised, and very well appointed. Last minute getaway to meet up with family and this property was a gem. We had age ranges from 8-80 and there was something for everyone! Thoughtful amenities and communication was best in class.Sleeping areas all had comfy beds and house was maintained very well. Loved the yard and shared spaces. Will keep this on our list of future places to stay in the area.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and informative from the start. The thoughtful touches — especially the handwritten note welcoming our group, the stocked coffee and tea bar, and all of the well-appointed amenities — made us feel right at home. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and had the exact “wow” factor we were hoping for for our team retreat. We truly used every room and enjoyed the outdoor space as well. It was a perfect experience from start to finish!

This house is just so fun! We had an extended family with all ages to celebrate an 80th birthday & everyone just loved the space, the accomodations and all the very thoughtful touches throughout. Kapil is the most responsive & accomodating host & made sure we all had a wonderful stay.

This was a beautiful property and exactly the vibe we were going for! It was the perfect place for our group of adults. Plenty of bedrooms and king/queen beds for all the couples! Plenty of toilet paper and towels as well. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and playing pool in the finished garage. Kapil was very responsive and provided videos to show how to work certain things at the house. If you have a trip to KY planned, this is a great place to stay!

3 stories of activities and entertainment. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and lots of stuff to bring everyone together. Huge backyard for yard games that backs to a creek with a nice extra patio area. The sauna, hot tub and fire pit kept us busy outdoors and the theatre room, poker table and large table for table games kept us entertained inside. There were 14 of us and everyone had space to sleep with plenty of bathrooms nearby. Our host was very communicative and even sent some instructional videos. The bridge just off of HWY60 was closed (until Sept 2025) which lead to a detour to get to the house, which our host warned us about and sent directions, this was no trouble as it made the location more secluded and quieter. 5/5. Would book again!

This was an incredible place to stay with our large group! The kids enjoyed the movie theater, arcade and giant backyard while the adults loved having plenty of space to enjoy big dinners together. It was perfectly located to all the Bourbon Trail locations we wanted to visit, too. Kapil, the host, was very welcoming and responsive. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for an unforgettable 40th birthday trip!

Our family gathering of 13 people was delightful. The property was spacious and provided entertainment, space, and charm for all ages. Kapil was accommodating and communicative - very much appreciated. Everything was clean, tidy, and ready for fun. Thank you for providing a welcoming and relaxing space.

It was the perfect place. The host was incredibly responsive to all of my questions. The house had so much to do for kids of all ages and the adults as well. We fit 15 comfortably and every kid had their own bed. We didn’t bring a pet, but it’s a pet friendly place with its own bed and bathroom spot. Would love to stay again.

Absolutely stunning house, with everything that you can ask for (and more). We had gone for the bourbon trail but honestly didnt feel like leaving the house at all :p. So much to do, 10/10.Also Kapil, the host was amazing. Always accessible, always helpful and super polite. Will absolutely come back and stay here again.
