What a great home for a group of friends, an extended family gathering, single family unit. Shane is a wonderful host, keeping in contact as needed, and very responsive to communications. The location is fabulous for walking around Frankfort, or the River walk, with several distilleries just a mile or so away, or a short drive away. You can’t go wrong booking this home. Fun decor, comfortable beds, good water pressure, lots of room for gathering as a group or taking a little alone time. Thank you, 324 BourBon St!

This place is EPIC! Amazing and historic, 5 stars for sure!Excellent communication from host. Clean, spacious, and has everything you need plus more! Comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. We came in December and I appreciate the holiday touches in the house. It truly was a great place to relax, socialize, and imbibe in comfort at the end of the day.

Absolutely amazing rental. Everything about this place is first class. Our entire group agreed that we will be renting here again. This is the only VRBO rental we have stayed at since I had my child that I have felt comfortable letting her crawl around and play. The rooms with poker, the pool table, and bar area made for fun hangouts. Upstairs the bedrooms were beautiful and had VERY comfy beds. Most bedrooms were large enough for a pack n play to be set up if you are traveling with kids. HUGE bathroom with all the amenities. They even have fancy soap at all the sinks and in the showers. Also, fantastic location in Frankfort. Coffee shop 1 block down, restaurants within walking distance, and super close to Buffalo Trace Distillery. Everything was super easy with check in and check out. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I've been a host for several years with properties on the Bourbon Trail and Red River Gorge. As not only a short-term rental owner and operator, I'm a licensed realtor who only works with short-term rental investors. This property was the brainchild of me and two of my college fraternity brothers. We incorporated our likenesses into art in a few of the rooms as an homage to their influence on the design and renovations.
We tried to create an experience based on what we enjoy doing while on vacation and hope we hit the mark to ensure our guests have a blast while visiting the Bourbon Capitol of the World :)

We selected this location because of its walkability to the tasting rooms and restaurants downtown. We also wanted to renovate an older home to preserve the character of the area. Bourbon Street is the result of a nearly 7 month renovation.

No other property is Frankfort has a billiard room, poker room, speakeasy bar and theater in downtown Frankfort. We created this space for the discerning travelers who enjoy hanging out with their friends.
