Breathtaking views from the house and property. The location is perfect. Walking distance to beaches (fantastic snorkeling!) and a short drive to great dining.

Great view, great location

We stayed at Napili Bay last year, so this year we decided to stay at a condo. It was very well stocked and very comfortable. The owner was very communicative and the staff were very friendly. Honokeana Cove was excellent for snorkeling with turtles everywhere. The walk to Napili Bay over the rocks was a little challenging. Overall I thought this condo was an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It is comfortable, location is great and beautiful views.

It was a great experience. Loved having the cleaning Service every 4th day and trash pickup daily. We had a great stay.

Sunsets and turtles

Wonderful vacation property! Loved the view. We enjoyed watching the sunset every night. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The cove is great for snorkeling and spotting turtles and Napili Bay beach is accessed via a short trail. We’d love to stay here again!

We are thrilled to receive such a positive first review. We have had many inquiries on why there are no reviews posted but we have only owned since September and this is a new listing to VRBO. We can assure all of our future guests that we will strive to maintain C-15 and C-22 at Napili Point in 5 star condition, and hope there will be many more positive reviews in the near future to share with everyone. It is our goal to provide everything needed for guests to enjoy a wonderful Maui vacation and return to our units as often as possible.

This place is so nice

We stayed for 8 nights for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. The view is incredible, right on the ocean. We watched turtles in the water and saw a number of surfers. The only complaint we had was it’s a hard place to leave. We would stay forever if we could. Thank you Russell and Matthew. We will be back.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo with Amazing Sunsets

Napili Point C15 is a clean well laid out condo with good amenities. (Bluetooth Soundbar, 2 Tvs, barstools for eat in counter and deck furniture). This unit is very close to the pool and barbecue and has easy access to Honokeanu bay for good snorkeling. There is laundry in condo (a must with kids) and the owner is very receptive and attentive to any questions or concerns that may arise. Overall a very great condo and will recommend to friends and stay again in the future.

Overlooking turtle cove

I liked that all fees included up front-no additional parking and WiFi fees. Fast checkin, incredible view from lanai and living room and lift. Large bedrooms, everything you need for cooking except cooking oil. Only disappointment was no beach chairs and umbrella. Owner was reliable and communication was excellent. He was able to accommodate a last second change in schedule for us. By changing us to a similar room. That was the reason we did not have beach equipment so not their fault. All in all 5 star experience

We had an excellent vacation at the condo. Beautiful view, very nice accommodations, AC worked well. Beach was perfect for grandchildren, ages 3 to 12. Very good snorkeling - we saw many turtles and lots of fish. It’s a bit of a rocky walk to beach but not really too hard except a bit for my 70 yr old husband. The 1st time he wore sandals, after that he wore his athletic shoes and that was much easier. The condo also had boogie boards. 😀

Great Stay in Napili, Maui

We already LOVE Napili Bay and hadn’t been back for 17 years!!! We’re 17 years older and Napili Bay AND Napili Point we’re as wonderful as ever! Our C-15 unit was just right with the loft, complete with two beds and a bathroom upstairs. The downstairs primary bedroom with and en-suite and two closets, was perfect. Having a washer/dryer in our condo was a great plus. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful balcony that included a table and chairs for 4 and a chaise lounge! The turtles made several appearances as did the humpbacks. We look very much forward to staying in C-15 again! Thanks so much for the really fantastic vacay!!!

Great Location

This is a great location! The best turtle snorkeling in Maui just out your door (rocky entrance but totally doable and safe), a beach around the corner (3 minute walk Napili Beach), The Gazebo (3 minute walk - best breakfast ever) and the best snorkeling on the island a 10-minute drive near Kapalua (this is where the snorkeling boats go). The condo is great with ocean views and well equipped with umbrellas, chairs and beach equipment. It is a quiet complex without all the noise of the big resorts. It comfortably sleeps four and if someone wants to sleep on a pull out coach it could fit six. It also has air conditioning although we did not need it. The only thing we would change is the bed was a bit soft for us, but we like hard beds so I would not let that stop you from renting this place.

Great location, outdated unit

Stellar views and A location!!!Short walk to a beautiful beach and great snorkeling spots.However, the actual unit is outdated and needs a major refreshment. I would start with removing a 30 year-old stereo player. For me, location with a beautiful ocean view and ease of access to the beach is more important and I can overlook that the unit is old and needs new doors, carpet, kitchen, and furniture. However, my significant other would rather stay in an updated clean unit, but would sacrifice on the location. Reader, you choose what’s more important for you when deciding where to book. Unfortunately, we also encounter some roaches inside which made us very uncomfortable while at the unit and for the rest of the trip. We were debating if we should share this in our review, but we felt it’s only fair that potential clients are aware of the risks and we are honest. We understand that things like this may happen sporadically at any rental place, but it doesn’t help that it was us who had to encounter that during our most extensive vacation we ever had..The unit manager was very apologetic and very supportive and offered to relocate us immediately to another unit. He was also gracious to offer us a complimentary late check out on our last day of rental. In conclusion, this unit would be an outstanding place to rent after it is treated (which I am sure is done by now) and also after the unit is updated-remodeled inside.

I must response to the allegation of roaches in the unit. It is not uncommon in Maui, to get sightings of roaches, especially after treatment of the whole complex. We are in the rental pool and the resort treats quarterly and in this case two weeks prior to these guests. Interesting also that the guests prior were there for three weeks and had no sightings as we checked after these guests, and now another two weeks and no reports of roaches. If guests who occasionally see a stray roach or ants in tropical settings suddenly feel they need to be relocated to another unit, they probably should avoid tropical locations because the owner has no control of that situation. They are always around, we just hope they don't decide to try to get inside. And we call for immediate treatment when they do as there is on-site management. As for needing new furniture, carpet, appliances and furniture, I can only ask guests to look at pictures and other reviews from other guests to decide. The queen sofabed is 1 year old, the carpet is 2 years old and all appliances are between 3 and 4 years old and in full working order. We cannot control normal guest expectations, but he is correct that the stereo needs replacing and that is being done. The resort is replacing the front doors this year as that is not the owner's responsibility. The guest states this was his most extensive vacation and their total stay was 2 nights so maybe that was a factor, but very glad other guests are very satisfied.
