AMAZON / UPS / DHL / FEDEX: Packages will be delivered and left at the doorstep of the property.
*HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. If you need mid-stay cleaning services it can be requested for an additional fee.
*SUPPLIES: Our Starter-Pack includes the following items:
- 2 Toilet paper roll per bathroom - 1 Mini Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap per bathroom - 1 paper towel roll in kitchen - 1 garbage bag in each garbage can - 1 spare garbage bag in each garbage can - 1 kitchen sponge - 1 kitchen liquid dish soap/detergent - 1 tablet or powder for dishwasher - 1 pod for washer machine
These are complimentary items for first night, but guest is responsible for bringing their own supplies for the rest of the stay.
*FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. Items like oil, vinegar, condiments, etc will not be provided prior to check in.
*TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in trash bags in the container that looks like a bench located by the front door. #1 This is a family friendly property. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
#2 No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Overnight visitors not listed on your reservation will add $100 fee per visitor per day.
#3 Occupancy limits: There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at any one point in time, unless host authorization otherwise.
#4 Guests will respect and follow all community guidelines listed inside the property and Resort.
#5 Services outages of power, TV cable, internet, water, and/or phone are not responsibility of the host. There is no refund due outage of any of mentioned services.
#6 Guest understands and agrees to the following conditions and fees:
a) Smoking: Smoking (of any kind) is prohibit. Guest must pay $200 fee for each day of smoking in the property. The balcony is considered part of the property.
b) Pets: Pets (of any kind) are NOT allowed anytime. Guest must pay $200 fee for each day not following this rule.
c) Parties/Events: Parties and/or events are not allowed anytime at this property. Guest must pay $200 fee for each day of any event and/or party in the property.
d) Front doorbell security camera: N/A.
e) Flushing tampons, pads or other feminine hygiene products down the toilet: $400 fee to cover inconveniences and invoice amount from service company.
f) Late checkout: $100 fee if guest checkout is after one (1) hour of checkout time. We need time to clean the property for next guest.
g) Extra Cleaning Fee: If guest leaves the property too dirty and/or messy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. This also applies to the use of glitter, confetti, silly string, water balloons, bath bombs or hair dye, which are not allowed at this property.
h) Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest`s payment.
i) There is a $15 fee to return forgotten personal items to guest address by mail, plus the cost of the shipping label and packaging used.
#7 No illegal downloads from the internet account of this property.
#8 Guest ensure to have a crime free record and won`t carry any weapons to the property. Weapons are not allowed in this property.
#9 If any non following of the house rules by a guest leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
#10 By booking with us, you understand that you are a `Guest` to our place and not a `Tenant`, only allowed to stay for the time booked and agreeing to leave the property on check-out time.
#11 Any violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
