Many thanks Scott for your review. So pleased you enjoyed the location, as you say, handy to many eateries. We do try hard to keep everything up to date in the apartment and currently are in the process of changing the furniture in the living area. Very happy to have you back again. Pam

A Great Stay in an Excellent Location

This property was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Thanks Pam. My only criticism is that the Stayz website is not user friendly, which made checking into the property more difficult that it needed to be.

I was so thankful to Pam and her thoughtfulness. Nothing was too much trouble. I was in Ballarat visiting my husband in hospital and Pam certainly helped to make it as comfortable as possible. She was easy to communicate with over a few needs I had. The apartment was convenient and extreemly comfortable.

Lake Apartment

Lovely little unit only meters from the lake. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you might need including a coffee machine. Beds comfortable, heating works well and most importantly it was spotlessly clean! Owner was kind enough to arrange a light to be left on when they knew I would not arrive until after dark.

So pleased that in general you enjoyed the facilities and your stay at Lake Apartment so close to the lake. I hope you had some enjoyable time across at the lake.

Well presented and good value for moneyh

We stayed for 3 nights and the property really suited our needs. The host was very helpful and quickly responded to our requests when we were booking. Location was excellent and we found a coffee shop just around the corner, Eclecticfoods, so that made for easy breakfasts and afternoon refreshments. A happy time and a pleasing location. Would be on top of our list to use again.

Thank you so much for your great review. We really appreciate that you made mention of our good value for money. Also really excited that you discovered Eclectic Tastes for brekkies etc. It is great to have such a fabulous cafe within about 100 metres or so of the apartment, this one in the opposite direction to the lake! Would love to have you back at any time.

Perfect location

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. A very convenient location and lovely neighbourhood. We had gorgeous weather so were able to stroll around the lake but also just a short drive from the main stretch. The only downside was the couch cushions slipped when we sat on it but there are other comfy seats. We will definitely be keen to stay there again on our next visit to Ballarat :)

So pleased you enjoyed the great location and that Ballarat turned on such perfect weather for your lake walks. Even a winter's day lake walk can be very enjoyable. The leather couch cushions can slip if not pushed in far enough. A new sofa is coming with a wait time of four plus months, we are almost there! As you have noted we do have other comfy seats as well as the sofa. Pleased to see you are keen to stay again and we will be happy to welcome you back again.

We loved how well stocked the kitchen drawers were and the staples in the pantry. Also the bathroom supplies were great. The garden area was nice for a coffee outside and being so close to lake for our boys doing rowing camp was excellent A bonus was the cafe I discovered at the end of our street ! We would have liked 2 single beds in second bedroom as twin boys - one slept on pull out couch which was comfy but lacked privacy for a teenager - we could have let them sleep in master bedroom where beds could be separated (we think) We will definitely be returning in December for next 3 day rowing camp - thank you

Lovely unit and great location. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Unfortunately the couch cushions kept slipping forward and the armchairs were not comfortable either.

So pleased you enjoyed the location and most of the apartment Nola. We were unaware that one of the tub chairs had been broken in the frame, but coincidentally we had new chairs and sofa on order, the chairs have arrived and are now sitting up in the apartment. They look great and very comfortable. Surprisingly damage can happen quite quickly with holiday rentals, so thank you for letting us know. Another time please feel free to let us know during the stay as in this instance the chairs had arrived and we may have been able get the new ones in earlier. I hope the stay overall was a pleasant one. Pam.
