This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time.

Out of precaution, I remind all guests of the following rules for the home:
-No parties or events are allowed.
-No loitering is allowed around the property including the front steps.
-No smoking of any kind is allowed in or around the property.
-The front main door must be kept closed and shut tight at all times. Please do not allow strangers or anyone that is not in your group to enter the building. All guests have a code of their own to enter.

There are actively recording cameras in the lobby of the building. All cameras are on the exterior of the property.

Absolutely No Smoking or Partying or there will be a $500 penalty imposed if this house rule is ignored. There is a strict NO PARTY and Smoking policy. Thanks for your understanding.
