Loved the place and location, could use an upgrade on some of the kitchen things, blender has a crack in it but overall 5 star stay would recommend and stay again! Amazing views!

We love this location and have stayed in this building for 3 years now. It is within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The property is well maintained and the pool area very nice. Highly recommend!

The location of the condo is perfect. You can literally walk to the beach. The place was well organized and nice. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They reply fast when you have questions or need help. Overall great place to stay when visiting Miami.

Short comings

The property was great except the plumbing needed repairs on the drain in the mast bathroom and the whole kitchen faucet had to be replaced and the bed sheets did not fit the bed in the mast bedroom..kept coming off The electric stove burners did not fully heat up The manager was prompt on making fixes I feel like these problems should have been fixed before we arrived Other than that the rest was great

The only problem is if you don’t have internet you can’t get in because the information is by e-mail. It would be best to have the information in advance.We loved the area and the the apartment on 503. But we had to make some repair could not open the window curtain two chairs were broken we had to take the patio chairs. In the 503 the water was cold in the large room and so hot in the apt 1003 that it was impossible to take a shower. We could not walk bear foot in the appartement because the floors were not at the best. We would think that 120$ for housse cleaning would that the standers would be higher. For the rest it was excellent. Parking gym and a very nice lady at the reception desk. Too bad the hot tub was colder then the pool it would have been nice to use it at a day at the ocean. The furniture was mush nicer in 1003 than 503.
