Our Host… so helpfulthe condo so nicely set up…. Beds, hot water, deck .. the deck was great mornings and evenings we appreciated it all.

Terrific!!

Everything about this rental was terrific!! From check in to check out all went smoothly. Unit is just as advertised and a great base point for our vacation. Igor was very prompt in response to questions and provided any and all info needed to navigate the area. Sunny Isles Beach is very near to unit and a beautiful beach.

Clean and comfortable stay

We are a family of 4 with 2 grown teen - adults… it was a very comfortable stay with all we needed to cook and be comfortable, just like home. Minutes by walk to the beach, markets and restaurants! Clean and very secure location! What is impressive- no bugs in sunny Isles! Our host Igor was very accommodating and responded to all questions and easy check in /out… he is a very caring and professional host! Very recommended

Excellent apartment, very kind host

We've had two great weeks in Igor's apartment with our family. April is a perfect time for Miami, great whether to be on beaches, etc but not too hot still. The apartment was clean and comprised everything you could imagine and hope for. Even chairs and various toys for the beach. As well perfectly located and with Igor as a great host being always available for us. We would definitely like to come back!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was as described. The neighborhood was very nice and a nice place to go for walks. Sidewalks were throughout the area. The beach was just 4-5 minute walk. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly resolved any issues. I would highly recommend the Condo Larry & Marjie

Loved it!

Condo was great! I loved the location being right across from the beach and has soooo many beach supplies and a nice wagon to transport everything. The building was quiet and we enjoyed the heated pool. The place was extremely clean except the floors were not. Walking around barefoot made my feet dirty on the first day. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and very clean. Well stocked kitchen, great location, and overall a nice place.

Very nice!

We looked for a place we could fly to in Florida and easily get to the beach and buy basics without a car. This fit the bill. The condo was nice, clean, and the owner responsive. I was not crazy about the neighborhood because people seemed unfriendly and it feels very urban. But that’s just my preference. The condo itself was really nice! Beautiful floors and nice kitchen. Thanks!

Fantastic in every way

First, let me say Igor was excellent in communicating promptly to all of our questions. His descriptions of what was available in terms of shopping, restaurants and things to do in the area were very helpful. We were looking for a place to relax on the beach and have all the amenities one would expect in a vacation condo. The property is equipped with everything we would have at home and then some - like beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. There is also a very nice pool to relax in at the end of the day. The neighborhood is very safe. We watched kids walking about and going to school without adults tagging along. That speaks volumes. We were impressed with the cultural diversity of the immediate neighbors in the complex and surrounding area. That diversity extends to the local restaurants as well; ethnic cuisine is just around the corner as are grocery stores - one that caters to eastern European foods. A short drive gets you to a mall if that is on your agenda. The local beach is a short walk - short enough to carry our beach gear and not use the available carts Igor supplies. We also explored many beaches up and down the coast which was what we intended to do during our stay. Our typical day was having a cup of coffee in house, an extended walk on the beach, followed by a visit (walking) to one of several bakeries that offer amazing choices in pastries and coffee options then off to exploring more beaches, restaurants and local sites that Miami offers. We absolutely loved our stay and Igor made the journey a most pleasant experience. Dave and Carol OConnell - Rochester NY
