Beautiful condo!

Wonderful stay! The condo looks just like the pictures- even more beautiful in person. The only negative I would have to say is the bathroom could be updated and lacks a bit of storage for a long time guest. The management company was more than helpful on anything I needed, which were small little things that got fixed within a day. The complex itself could use a little TLC. The pool does have its issues however, it sounds like management company is working with the property manager to prioritize this complex a little bit more. For the year of the complex honestly it’s in great condition ! Overall the place and location is absolutely beautiful. The views are spectacular. restaurants are excellent and the beach is minutes away. I certainly hope to be back! Great home away from home! Thank you AYP Rentals!

If you're not familiar with the area, please note that the building is in a great location. It's a short walk to the ocean across the street. This is an important part of any vacation rental, and she does a phenomenal job!

Great time, great service !!

When we 1st entered the block the unit The layout was terrific but there were some items the some items that needed to be attended to. Thanks to Andrea and Alfonso from AYP they worked tirelessly until Until the items were corrected. Not only was the apartment enjoyable and spotless so was the building building. Location proximity to restaurants supermarkets end beach where within walking distance Desmond's. I would not hesitate to rent this unit or anything else from AYP. Great Time

Our overall stay was great. There was one small issue that should be addressed. There were dishes in the kitchen cabinet that were not exactly clean. We had to make sure that any dishes we used were rinsed before using. In today’s times with everyone being concerned about cleanliness this is a issue. For us this was not a big issue because my wife travels with her own cleaning supplies. We enjoyed the unit because it was as advertised and we would rent again. The view from the balcony was great especially at night. It is very accessible to beach, restaurants and shopping. Any issues with noise and other issues mentioned in other reviews have seemed to be addressed. We both were happy with the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay; the unit was as advertised if not better in some areas. Unit is on the 15th of 17 floors, squared view to the ocean across A1A. Beach access is super quick and easy, AND for those wanting to avoid the crowds there is a ~2mi stretch of beach from the entry point to the north that is residential (no resort crowds) where you are still permitted to traverse the shoreline.The unit has an oversized balcony, is next the the stairwell (which is a huge plus on the 15th floor as there’s minimal neighbor noise...nobody uses the stairs that high), and convenient laundry and elevator access.All amenities were great; ample kitchen supplies to prepare meals as well.The staff was responsive to issues although there were a couple of things that would be minor improvements: the shower faucet continues to drip unless you forcefully turn it off, the unit was clean except for under furniture fixtures where dust and grime had accumulated to some extent (wasn’t worth complaining about). Limited household supplies are provided despite duration of stay (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.).Tough to be critical on COVID protocols at the moment but the staff was haphazard in their use of masks, and it was left to resident enforcement for use of masks in elevators and common areas.All in all we had a great stay and we’re pleasantly surprised!

Dirty pillows

The location was awesome and the apartment was good , but the pillows and sofa chairs were very very dirty . All of them had stains on them . We had to put away the sofa pillows and put them on the floor . After seeing those pillows I wasn’t comfortable to sleep on the bed even tho the bed sheet seemed clean . Whoever is responsible to clean this apt please make sure you wash those dirty pillows .

We generally travel about 3 times a year. I was hesitant at first because I have been deceived with pics for rentals that looked nothing alike, but this rental is EXACTLY like the pictures. We felt at home the entire time. We had everything we needed to cook a steak and vegetables meal, plus breakfast a couple times. The location was perfect, and the view was gorgeous!!! Oh, and the host Alfonso was very pleasant making sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. We will definitely be back soon if Alfonso will have us. I cannot recommend this place enough!! BOOK IT NOW!!!

There is also cable TV and an Amazon Firestick plugged at the TV. I don't know if it is a standard, but I could watch Netflix :)Thanks Juan. Was a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: Positives-Nice facility,good location, relatively easy access. Negatives-Late night receptionist must have been new and he didn't have a clue. Offered no help or information on where to park, etc. Unit was cheaply furnished, cable hoookup faulty and tv was off like a lot, water dripped from the air return vent the whole time we were there, creating a hazard with water on a marble tile floor, one elevator was out of service our whole stay, creating long waits every time. A real positive was our PM staff. Alonzo and Fred were excellent and went out of their way to try and fix problems.
