Perfect spot for our visit

This place was perfect for our visit. Reasonably priced, included covered parking and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Miami Beach area.

We recently stayed in Nicolas’s apartment for 21 nights last month. We found the area to be very walkable and although we rented a car for the first 2 days to explore the area, we found plenty of restaurants and a nice Publix within walking distance. Regarding the apartment, we found it to be very clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff, so that I was able to cook meals. We had to contact Nicolas a few times over our stay and he responded quickly. The apartment building common areas were impeccably clean and there were employees cleaning the hallways and elevators everyday. We used the pool several days and the outdoor area was spacious and nice. The only issue we had was the hot water not working in the building while they replaced a part and intermittently over the next couple of days. There is a beautiful beach right across Collins Ave. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers right down the hall; download the Laundry app to make doing your laundry very easy. Also take advantage of the free Sunny Isles shuttle which stops right in front of the building and goes to Aventura mall, as well as other beaches and shopping near there. We loved the area and Nicolas’s apartment and would consider visiting again in the future.

Unbelievable stay. Walked to everything. Did not need a vehicle. Beach access was 3 mins away. Great restaurants right up the street. Hope to come back.

Great Condo in a good area

Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Communication with the owner was easy with a full set of access instructions. Car Parking place was included.Would definitely recommend this Apartment to others and would not hesitate in staying there again. The only negative thing was that we were unable to use the balcony as some construction work was being performed on the building, but was aware of this.

Great getaway location

The condo was great. Everything was up to date and new. Location was great to the beach towns and the north side of Miami-Dade County. Only thing you need to watch out for the is the tripping hazard when walking out to the patio. Would recommend this to any of my friends looking for a place in south Florida

Beautiful condo and great owner

We have just spent the month of February at this property. The condo is very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The furniture is very functional whether you want to watch TV or use your computer. The kitchen has everything you need including a great set of knives. Beach towels and chairs are provided. The chairs are easy to carry and make the small walk to the beach very easy. The designated parking spot is also a great asset. Finally, nice pool with comfortable seating and well-provided on-site tuck shop. Most of all, Nicolas, the owner, is very responsive and answered our few minor questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend this property.

Exactly as described in the information. The apartment is immaculately clean. Rented this with my husband and 2 teens sleeping on the futons in living room and worked perfectly for us. Beach is a block away across Collins Avenue which is a short walk. Ocean Reserve staff great. Nicholas the property manager is so attentive from beginning to end. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Property, Location & Host

This is property is a gem and is perfect for a single traveling alone or a couple. The place is very bright and airy, good light and very comfortable. Sunny Isles Beach is across the street and everything you need is on Collins Avenue a 5-10 minute drive away. If you like Haulover Beach, it's about a 15 minute drive. Nicolas is a good host. He made sure I had all the information I needed to check in which was pretty seamless. He also checked on me midway through my stay to see if everything was ok. In one of the other reviews, someone said the parking spot was a bit far from the unit. First of all, this place has it's own parking spot which in Sunny Isles is a big bonus. I stayed in a place last spring that only had valet parking which was a major hassle. And I didn't think the parking spot was far away. You take the elevator to the 2nd floor, walk down the hall to the garage entrance and the spot is about 100 yards away. Not having to rely on a valet is a blessing and I loved the convenience of being able to self park. My only constructive feedback, and I think someone else may have mentioned this in a review. The bed does not have a very firm mattress and for someone who has back issues, I would have preferred a firmer mattress. All in all this place, gets a 5 out of 5 stars in my book. If I go to Sunny Isles in next spring, I'm definitely going to see if it is available.

Convenient location. Spotless property. Furnished with all you need for vacation. Kitchen is roomy and provides all utensils. New beaches chairs and umbrella. Perfect place for a couple. Garage spot is a little far away, but having a free and self-parking spot is good. Building has even a convenience store, where you can find everything for s short stay. I did not like the mattress, but got used to. The view from the balcony is amazing. I recommend and would return.

Felt like home

One of the best experiences we’ve had so far with Air B and B. Great location, awesome views, great security and comfortable atmosphere. Best of all, absolutely clean and modern. Nicolas is very accommodating and will promptly respond to inquiries or resolve issues. I can’t stress enough how enjoyable our stay was in this apartment

A great stay!

The condo is spotless!! And even better than the photos. Once you figure out the parking spot and how to get around the large complex, it’s easy breezy! Very nice pools with cabanas! The lobby staff was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!!! Ps a lot of the “walkable” restaurants are hidden in the resorts along the beach. Marco Polo Ramada has a good outdoor pool bar and restaurant; and just south of that in the bext building there’s the Tahiti restaurant that sits right on the sand.

It was just as described. Only issue was the master bathroom toilet that wouldn’t full to flush but when we made the complaint someone responded immediately. It’s well kept.

Lovely updated condo with everything you need on vacation. Close to grocery stores and awesome amenities: heated pool, gym, and front desk. Beach chairs and towels, kitchen utensils and wine glasses. Beautifically decorated. Definitely will come back and stay there again!

The apartment is extremely well equipped. You have all you need and more. Comfortable, nicely decorated, beautiful sights. Well located. Owner has been very helpful, answers quickly and is there if you need anything. We would definitely want to come back.
