"Central South North Suite Near Downtown & I-90" provides an entire secluded family suite with a private entrance, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, a coffee maker, and a dish washer, and a landscaped backyard oasis and a covered patio with skylight in an upscale, well-kept neighborhood. This spacious retreat offers a practical layout with separate dining and living areas, cozy bedrooms with various bed options, en-suite baths (including a bathtub), and both reserved and street parking. Nice touches include a hair dryer, toiletries, bed linens and towels. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer/dryer, iron facility, express check-in/check-out, keyless entry, free and fast WiFi, and Roku TV. Perfect for families and groups seeking a tranquil stay with easy access to city attractions, dining, and entertainment.

Please note that the building is a duplex rambler, and the "Central Bellevue South Unit Near Downtown & I-90" listing refers to the South Unit (Left Side), with its own separate entrance for full privacy. The house is situated on the ground floor and only a small step is required to access this single-story lodging. There is an additional bookable vacation rental on-site in a completely separate space with a separate entrance next door. Guests do not need to share any interior amenities. Other travelers may be present during your stay. The walls do not block sounds. Noises from the surrounding rooms or the North Unit (Right Side) tend to be audible.

GUEST ACCESS
- 2 bedrooms, 2 attached baths (both en-suite, 1 with bathtub, 1 stand shower).
- 2 Queen beds, 2 single foldable cots, and 1 Twin-size air mattress.
- In each Bedroom: Beddings and linens, flat-panel TV with 140+ cable channels including ESPN or Roku TV, folding desk and chair, night lamp and stand, room-darkening shades, luggage rack, storage dresser, shelf, hangers, extension cord, trash can, iron and iron board.
- In each Bathroom: Hair dryer, towel hooks, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tumbler, bathtub or stand shower, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bathroom mat, trash can, toilet brush and plunger, and cleaning supplies.
In the Kitchen: Dining tables and chairs, double induction cooktop, pot holders, trivets, baking sheet, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dish rack, dish soap, sponge, and dish brush, garbage bin and trash bags, broom, brush and dustpans, laundry hamper, all-purpose cleaner and room spray, paper towels and dish cloths, knives and cutting boards, cups and glasses, wine and can openers, ice-cream scoop, colanders, cooking basics (pots, pans, utensils, oil, salt, pepper), dishes and silverware (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, and other utensils), and placemats. Complimentary hot beverages and condiments.
- In the Living room: 1 Queen-size sofa bed, 1 Single sleeper sofa, and coffee table. The 2 single foldable cots are stored under the sofas in the living room.
- In the Closet: Air mattress, extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets, extra toilet paper, extra towels, extra batteries for electronics, laundry bag, and first aid kit.
- Washer and Dryer. Laundry basket, Laundry detergent and Dryer sheets provided.
- Other Essentials: Central AC and Heating, Hot water, Portable fans, Household Trash & Recycle.
- Two (2) reserved parking spots. One (1) unreserved but mostly available free street parking spot. Additional free and paid street parking is also available in the neighborhood, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Access to a covered private patio with a skylight.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
- We give guests space but are available when needed.
- We encourage our guests to enjoy the freedom and flexibility of self-service lodging. Please note that the guesthouse is not staffed, and there is no front desk or reception to answer phone calls. From the time a reservation is made until the day of arrival, communication will primarily take place via messaging, texting, or email. While phone calls may occasionally be returned, we recommend leaving clear voice messages, as all voicemails are carefully noted. After check-in, guests are welcome to contact us anytime via call, text, or email, and we’ll respond promptly.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No daily room service is provided. The Unit will only be cleaned after checking out. Extra room service is provided for an additional charge.
- Guests will be given a PIN to enter the house. Do not share the access code to anyone except the people registered on the reservation.
- For liability reasons, only visitors with prior approval from the host may enter the premises. Additional overnight guests must be registered and paid.
- The house (810ft2 or 75m2) currently best serves up to 9 people. Children under 4 years of age stay free of charge in the existing beds. We could work out reasonable pricing for additional guests.
- The reserved parking space under the carport ideally fits a Sedan, Compact or SUV. Wagons, vans, trucks or trailers should be fine if parked in the driveway or on the street. Please keep this in mind when parking or reserving car rentals. Only Three (3) on-site parking spots can be reserved for each booking. Do not block the mailbox bank. Additional cars under the same booking need to find street parking and adhere to the local parking restrictions.
- Per request and if available, we can accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Noise-free rooms are not guaranteed.
- Ground floor. No stairs.
- Exterior security cameras present in public areas only (parking lot and front porch).
- The fireplace in the living rooms is decorative only.

Simple stay

A group of friends (6 total) stayed here together for a resting place for just one night so didn'tneed much. One inconvenience was that the bathrooms were only accessible through either bedroom sincr the door to the common space of the bathroom was locked with no doornob. So for those sleeping on the air mattress in the common area, they had to go through a bedroom. Sunday morning landscapers came at about 10:00 which was noisy but we were on our way out anyways. The document sent with check out information wasn't accessible. These are thr only notable things since we were just looking for a simple place to sleep for a night. Overall, it was clean and had good communication from the host.
