Condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space. Space was clean. Dishwasher and laundry were a great addition to have. Security was present at night. Shops, food and ride park within walking distanceGrills were not always working. There was a race occurring in the weekend following our stay. The race ended in front of the unit. This meant tractors cleaning up the beach starting at 7am all week. The tractors continued their work throughout the day with small children playing on the beach. Boot camp also runs by around 7 am chanting loudly. Not good for sleeping in.

The Colony Stay fun times!

Our family had a great time. Good location for older teens. Rooms were nice, plenty of space. Only challenge was with the grill, most burners didn't work, some patrons had to use a fie extinguisher.

This condo was the PERFECT setup for my family of 5 with room to spare! My 3 kids (ages 6,7,and 8) slept in a triple decker bunk bed with the cutest kids decor and entertainment. Our stay was convenient and cozy with all kitchen and laundry amenities you could ever desire. The condo sits directly on the boardwalk with easy beach access and front row parking. We were greeted by the sweetest security guard— 24 hr security made us feel safe. The condo hosted a homey environment with friendly neighbors and surrounded by plenty of fun things to do for our family. Our host, Angie, was an absolute dream. She was very quick to respond to any inquiry we had and oh so sweet to give us the best local spots to visit. We will definitely be returning. I wish we could have an Angie at every vacation spot!

A beautiful beachfront condo. The home was very well maintained and very comfortable. It felt like “ a home away from home, but even better!” Centrally located with easy access to lots of attractions, the beach, shops and restaurants. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I asked. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly Beach Stay

I booked this room for a weeklong trip to take my four kids with my mom. The location was perfect for our family. The views were beautiful and our condo had the space we needed. My kids enjoyed seeing dolphins in the morning and evening. Parking was great! (I can’t over emphasize how easy parking was with quick in and out access.) We had friends staying in a locate hotel further down the boardwalk, and we feel like we had better accommodations even though they were closer to all the big chain hotels. The building is an older building, but that didn’t detract from our experience. Communication with the host was easy, and she was quick to respond. My kids loved the room with bunk beds. The master was a quiet retreat for my mom when she wanted a little break. I’d stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone wanting to spend a week on the beach.
