Set in a fully renovated, well-maintained historic building with European charm, the apartment features a French-inspired design and is fully equipped to welcome up to 8 guests.
The space
The Lyon Apartment offers 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. It’s ideal for 4 guests who prefer their own private room, or can accommodate up to 8 guests with room sharing. Whether you’re visiting as a family, a group of friends, or colleagues, the flexible layout lets you choose the setup that best suits your stay.

Apartment Layout:


The Lyon Apartment is situated on the upper floor of a fully renovated and well-maintained historic Europian style over 100 years old building. Please note that there is no elevator, so you will need to walk up a couple of flights of stairs to reach the apartment.


Each room features:


• A dedicated workspace, ideal for corporate travelers and students.

• One double bed per room, each with a very comfortable mattress.

• The spacious kitchen island offers the perfect spot to enjoy meals together — whether you’re savoring a homemade dish prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or sharing delicious takeout from one of Montreal’s fantastic restaurants.

Parking : We offer both indoor and outdoor parking spots just a 4-minute walk from the building. If you need a parking spot, please let me know in advance, as I will need to book it for you on workdays.
