This can be 3 bedrooms OR 6 bedrooms, add private 3 bedroom guesthouse inquire with host for availability and price! The guesthouse faces east and properties are divided by fence/gate for privacy or to unite.
Perfect for those looking for a charming and relaxing beach getaway, with its comfortable furnishings, chef's kitchen, and serene courtyard to dine and relax. The rooftop deck to sunbath or gaze at the stars! Lay in the round chaise and cool down with deck shower hose!
Take advantage of the nearby pool 1 minute walk available for guests upon request.
Great place to host small event 25 persons or if renting guesthouse 35 persons. There are are additional fees added .

We absolutely LOVED this house! The location was perfect for us, there were a few restaurants and a beach access within a very short walk. Mizner Park and downtown Boca are a short drive away over the bridge. Really cool street of homes, with this home having the most character. The house was furnished comfortably yet tasteful with lots of interesting art and decor. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The upstairs outdoor seating area is a really cool space, especially to sit out at night. Bathrooms were very nice and the master bath shower head was especially amazing! Plenty of outdoor spaces to sit off main level too, including a screened porch and two dining tables. The back courtyard is so relaxing and private. The house was well lit, inside and out and very well stocked with anything you could possibly need with plenty of extra anything and Denise was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very efficient check in and check out process! Highly recommend this house! We will definitely stay again, but longer next time!

If you are looking for a little piece of paradise, you have found the right spot! Walk around the corner and across the street and you are on the beach. The house is beautiful and has everything you could possible need. Any questions we had were responded to promptly. Our family is already asking when we get to come back. Our family had the perfect stay at this lovely home while in town for parents weekend at FAU. The location simply could not be beat- a quiet residential neighborhood close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the courtyard and sitting on the upstairs deck with a glass of wine. Although we did not use the kitchen, it seemed to be well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite bathroom in the primary suite was like a little spa with a large sunken tub and a rain shower. Our host, Denise, was very helpful in providing recommendations and answering any questions I had. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it highly to anyone visiting the area.

Great stay, Great Location. Great Owner.

Family of 4, plenty of space. Location was super close to the beach (just across the main road) and really close to restaurants/shops, 4 mins walking and a bit further but definitely in walking distance is downtown Boca, maybe 15mins? House was cool, we really liked the backyard/courtyard, all the balconies and the roof. Diane was great to work with and very responsive. I’d wokld recommend this rental for sure!

This property is PARADISE!

Great location. The house just "feels like home". Check-in was a breeze. The condition of the house was pristine with an informative brochure and even a welcoming plate of cookies! During our stay we texted Denise at various times through the VRBO app and always received a prompt, helpful reply. We will definitely be returning!

Great stay for our little family

We enjoyed our stay at this propery. We are a family of 3 with a 6 month old. The owner had baby items to make our stay easier. We also loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is nice to walk around. The patio area was where we spent our mornings watching the birds. We cooked a lot and had everything that we needed for cookwear. The master bathroom has a great shower and tub. The local beach is quiet and very beautiful. The property is close to Mizner park which has plenty of resturants and shops. This is a great property.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We stayed at this home in Boca Raton for a week in early January. The location was a block from beachside parks and the beach itself. Everything about the house was first class as were the communications with Denise the owner.We have absolutely no negative comments and were so happy with our stay there that we have already booked the house for a return visit next year.

Beautiful, Spacious House near the Beach

The house was just a short walk to the beach and was exactly as described. In short, the house was beautiful, very clean, and was supplied with anything one could possibly need on a vacation. The host was a great communicator and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Really a most beautiful place!

Our stay in the Beach Villa in paradise was really Wonderful! Really recommend it and hope to be back again soon! The house is in the best location and short walking to the most beautiful beaches, parks, walking trails and Boca Raton downtown. What else can you ask for!!!? Denise, the owner is so ready to answer any questions you may have and provide anything necessary you may need while staying in the house. She's wonderful and caring! The house is really well decorated and so cozy with lots of space and all amenities. We had one of the most wonderful vacations ever here!!!!

Amazing house near beach in Boca

This place was perfect for our family spring break getaway! The house and host exceeded our expectations. Very roomy three bedroom home with a wonderful private courtyard and you everything you'd need during the stay. Perfect for vacation or locals needing extra space for visitors. Separate office with Very Fast internet if you need a place to work during vacation. It was only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach from the front door. Plenty of parking Great location between Palmetto and Spanish River bridges. We walked to downtown Boca multiple times to eat/shop. If you want to stay in Boca near the beach, book this house now! Denise was very friendly and an excellent & quick communicator. Zero issues. 100% satisfied. Would definitely stay here again. Can't wait for an opportunity to return.

Holiday home

Home by the beach

The home is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with Kourig, big refrigerator,toaster, oven, gas stove, dishwasher and plenty of glasses and dishes. 2 of the bedrooms had TV’s with access to Netflix and Prime. There are a lot switches for different lights and fans, we spent a lot of time in the living room watching the World Cup on the large screen TV on the comfortable couch. This home is in a great location close to Boca’s best restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It has beautiful backyard and terrace and the bathrooms are amazing, the showers are awesome! The internet bandwidth is good, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We found the home better than described and would like to come back. The beach is a short walk away. It was a great experience, thanks Denise.
