Nestled on an oversized corner lot, this luxurious villa features mature, lush desert landscaping, extensive outdoor LED lighting, and clean lines throughout.

Unwind in the spacious living-dining room combination (1500 sq ft) featuring a custom indoor gas fireplace and walls of floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the pool area. Create the perfect mood and control the music from your phone with a built-in Sonos sound system throughout the interior.

Sip cocktails in the sunken wet bar, which features a pass-through to the rear-covered outdoor living area. Entertain guests in the media room, which has a 65” flat-screen TV, a large sectional sofa, and comfortable chairs. Find your favorites using Apple TV.

The newly remodeled kitchen and adjoining breakfast room are perfect for hosting an intimate meal. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features double ovens, a gas cooktop, a Saeco espresso machine, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV.

The outdoor entertainment area has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs weather and entertain large groups. Prepare a meal using the new Viking gas grill, lounge on the plush sofas and chairs, and enjoy dinner during sunset at the bar seating area for four or a dining table for eight. End the night with drinks by the fire pit.

Bedrooms:

The Canyon House features three bedrooms. Two en-suite guest bedrooms are in their wing and boast newly remodeled bathrooms, king-size beds with high-end bedding, and 42” flat-screen TVs. Each guest bedroom also has a private patio with direct pool and spa area access.

The master suite is located on the opposite side of the home, away from the guest rooms. It features a gas fireplace, a 42” flat-screen TV with Sonos soundbar, a spa bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. There is also an adjoining office with a desk, two private patios with mountain views, and direct access to the pool and spa.

So that you know, outdoor music is banned at all vacation rental homes in Palm Springs. All guests must sign a Palm Springs City Statement of Rules and Regulations.

To book a vacation rental home in Palm Springs, the principal guest must be 25 years old and present an ID at check-in.

Two cruiser bikes are in the garage and available for your use.

The pool is serviced twice weekly, Monday and Thursday, between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. The pool attendant lets himself in via the side gate.

Lawn maintenance takes place every Tuesday between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. They can also access the backyard via the side gate.
