The space
This property was fully renovated in 2022 with brand new interior/exterior, appliances, bathrooms, everything you can imagine! This cozy beach bungalow has an open floor plan + ample room for guests both indoors + outdoors!

Master bedroom: king bed/ walk in closet/ bathroom w/ dual sinks + large shower/ smart TV

Guest Bedroom 1: queen bed

Guest Bedroom 2: full-size daybed that can pull out to king/ smart tv

Living Room: large sectional with pull-out full-size bed/ smart tv

Kitchen/dining room: 2 barstools at kitchen island/ small dining table w/ seating for 4

Screened in back-porch w/ outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor dining table w/ seating for 6

Front porch: small front porch w/ seating (great to enjoy your morning coffee)!

Large fenced in backyard w/ fire pit + large front yard!

We have board games for a game-night in or beach wagon, chairs, towels + a cooler for a perfect beach day...truly an all-inclusive experience!

The location and house were perfect! Everything was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The backyard was surprising and fun. We come to Jax Beach every year to visit family, and we would love to stay here again!

Stop scrolling, this is THE place!The beach retreat was absolutely spotless and beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and great beds. It’s an easy walk to the beach, (plenty of towels and beach accessories provided), and just steps away from fantastic local restaurants and bars.The owner was friendly, responsive, and provided professional-level hospitality from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay; highly recommend.

Wonderful Place

Everything was perfect. The house has a lot of space, convenient furniture, the kitchen is very well equipped, new appliances- all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation was spotless. Good amount of bath towels, extra blankets. Outdoor shower is a big plus. Gas fire pit was a good addition. The host provided beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart. ItWe really enjoyed our stay there, and will definitely consider to rent this place next time we go to Jacksonville.

Please Read ****"I booked this property through VRBO, and immediately after entering my credit card information and agreed to the terms and conditions. The screen on my phone went back to the original booking platform and I was sent a message saying that this property was no longer available for those dates, and to please select another date or a different property.So the next day I decided to book a different property on a different site, I didn't have any issues I signed the agreement, entered my card information and "immediately was sent a confirmation number". Later that day I was reviewing my credit card information and I realized that VRBO had charged me for the property that through it's own site had clearly stated that it wasn't available.So I was in Jacksonville with more than one property and I ended up loosing a substantial amount of money over something that shouldn't have happened.VRBO this error on y'all behalf is ridiculous and a big failure. It needs to be looked into and fixed so that it doesn't create any more issues for families that are just trying to travel and relax.Now the reason for the 5 stars, The property was amazing, very comfortable. My spouse was able to spend some time with her relatives, myself and my kids were able to enjoy the beach and the scenery. Thanks to the Host. I was very disappointed in VRBO, yes I lost a lot of money but once I entered your property I felt like I was at home, plus it was much better than the other property

The house was clean, beds very comfortable, loved the decor. The backyard with the fire pit was perfect. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Such an easy walk to the beach. Located close to many great restaurants, several in walking distance. The host was quick to respond. Thank you!
