Beautiful home and conveniently located close to the Mayo Clinic as well as the beach. Enjoyed our stay there during my husband’s medical treatments at Mayo. We also had our daughter and grandchildren with us and the property was very child friendly. Host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Newer home with great amenities and play room. Everyone of us enjoyed the games! We all enjoyed the patio and spacious living areas and kitchen well equipped. Beach accessories provided! Loved it.

Property was perfect for our daughters graduation from UNF. Plenty of room for our family who stayed overnight. Great set up for friends to come over and celebrate with us during the day. Looking for the a perfect getaway next to Jax Beach!

The vacation home was lovely and the perfect size to host my friends baby shower upon request! The house was clean and check in was easy as well as check out. This is a nice location next to Jax Beach and it was everything you could want and more when staying in a vacation home. The game room was out of this world as well as the beautiful backyard. I would recommend staying in this vacation home to anyone! :)

Family gathering

This property was amazing! It was perfect for what my family needed. We needed a place that was big enough to comfortably sleep our party of 7 and allow us to have space to have a family lunch party to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday. There was plenty of room and the game room was a great addition as the kids and adults loved it. The house was beautiful and very clean. We will definitely stay again for our next family gathering.

House was as beautiful as the photos and description indicated! Decor is chic and stylish. Kitchen is well appointed with wonderful flow. Host provided thoughtful touches such as amenities in the bathroom and water in the fridge. Beds we’re comfortable and there was plenty of room for our 7 adults. Definitely would return to this property and recommend to others

Jacksonville Beach Property

Overall a pretty decent house. The door code we were provided was incorrect so that was a little annoying, the owner fixed the problem in about 10 or 15 minutes. We were staying here to attend the Players tourney. This was conveniently located to get to Sawgrass. The neighborhood was ok, not sure I would have gone walking around at night. But I think that's more reflective of Jacksonville Beach rather than this neighborhood in particular. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean. Plenty of bathroom linens and soap/shampoo. The main downside and the reason for only 4 stars is that the beds were all pretty uncomfortable with very thin and soft/saggy mattresses.

We had an amazing stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beach getaway. The space is large and comfortable, and the kitchen is absolutely incredible — well-stocked with everything you need, including plenty of pots and pans to cook large meals. We hosted family dinners right from the house and it was perfect.The location is unbeatable, just half a mile from the beach. The beds are comfortable and the whole home is set up beautifully. Our kids loved the arcade in the garage — they had a blast!This home truly has everything you need for a great trip. We will definitely be back!

Joy and her family were an absolute pleasure to host. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly respectful of the house rules. It was clear they treated the home with care, leaving everything in great condition. Even with a small family gathering during their stay, they ensured the house was left cleaned and well-organized.
