Coastal Calm- Brand New Spacious Condo in the Heart of OGT!

Be among the first to stay in Coastal Calm a brand-new condo offering a relaxing Boho beach vibe in the heart of Ogunquit.

This spacious unit features a sunny great room with a large sectional, high-top game table, and comfy lounge chair, perfect for unwinding. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 65" TV. Kitchen and bath pictures coming soon! Step outside and enjoy a short walk to Ogunquit's best: restaurants, shops, the beach, Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove.

Enjoy the comfort of two large bedrooms, each with a private ensuite full bathroom. First floor bedroom has a king bed. Second floor bedroom can either be a king or two twins. A convenient half bath is located off the main hallway. Each bedroom features a 45" smart TV. After a day at Ogunquit Beach (just a short walk away!), rinse off in the outdoor shower. The property also offers outdoor enjoyment with lawn games, a gas grill, and seating areas in the yard and on the upper porch.

Excellent hosts! The property location and amenities can't be beat! Fully equipped with everything you can need during your stay. Have stayed elsewhere in OGT, this is the best by far!

This place was great! We have stayed at several different properties in Ogunquit and this was the best so far! The place was clean, organized, well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend.It's a really short walk to downtown which was great. The hosts were fantastic! They were around and available to provide local recommendations and to answer any questions we had.Will definitely stay here again!

This property is fantastic. Plenty of space for two couples with 2 en-suite bedrooms. Lots of attention to detail with all the amenities we could want. The location is ideal as far as proximity to beach, shops, restaurants and attractions such as Marginal Way. The condo isspotless and well appointed. We are hoping to return next year.

We had a wonderful stay here. The newness, layout, and upscale design choices drew “oooh’s” and “aaah’s” from our group. All amenities are provided and the location is perfect - in town a block from the restaurants, nightspots, and shopping. Joan and Tom were very accommodating and friendly. Ogunquit’s Main Beach - our favorite - and Marginal Way is just an 8-10 minute walk.We will most certainly be back to this property.

This property was, by far, the best property I have ever rented in every possible aspect. The hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had. The property was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and unbelievably attentive to even the smallest detail. The location was ideal, allowing for close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and other activities. The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious, and filled with natural light. We look forward to returning in the future for another wonderful experience.

Joan and Tom were incredibly welcoming -responsive, friendly, and thoughtful from the moment we booked. They provided clear instructions, checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, and even kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. It was in a convenient location, close to attractions, restaurants, stores, and the beach. We also appreciated the designated parking and thoughtful amenities, including a house binder filled with local restaurant recommendations, activity ideas, and even some fascinating local and family history. The house was well-equipped for beach days too, providing beach towels, chairs, and a wagon, which made our trips to the shore so much easier. It was clear Joan and Tom put a lot of care and effort into making our stay feel special, comfortable, and well-prepared.
