Our private corner patio offers gorgeous views of the golf course, Lake fountain and mountain sunset views!
Equipped with gas BBQ grill, dining table for six, fire pit table for the cooler nights and Expandable Adirondack chairs to relax in the sun!
The community pool and spa are just steps away from the unit and the clubhouse is a quick walk away...plenty of pool towels, cooler etc.

INDOORS:
This open concept Living and Dining area features beamed vaulted ceilings, with a beautifully tiled gas fireplace & side Scotch bar.
The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances.
Dining room features dining up to 6 guests connecting to the living room space and also a side bar area which can be used as a desk.
The Livingroom area has a Big Flat screen TV and the Largest, most comfy Sectional sofa that seats six comfortably for Football night, sporting events, movie time or just spending time with your loved ones while taking in the golf course views...Also 2 side swivel chairs for extra guests seating.

SLEEPING:
The Master bedroom features a King bed, walk-in closet, large main bath with dual sinks and walk in large walk in shower. The guest room offers a King bed and connects to the guest bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and a single sink.
The third bedroom also offers a King bed with a view of the lake fountain.
All of our beds have Luxury Bamboo sheets & Hypoallergenic linens.

CLEANING:
The safety of our guests and staff is our priority and all of our units are professionally cleaned. If you have additional questions about cleaning process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Centrally located for all of the offerings of Coachella Valley Concerts such as Stagecoach etc.

GUEST ACCESS:
You have access to the entire property, and it is not shared with any other guests. There is guard gated entry with 24-hour security. Your names will be left at the front gate and you will be given a parking pass for the duration of your stay (free of charge). We have a garage and driveway and there is free street parking.

Monterey has an exquisite Spanish Colonial style clubhouse that is a welcoming focal point for dining, hospitality and socializing. Featuring spectacular views of the golf course. The clubhouse has a casual bar and grill.

If you only plan on using the pools/Jacuzzi's you do NOT need a pass. The 37 pools are accessible to everyone without a pass and no key is required.

Regarding Monterey CC Facilities:
The upstairs Lounge in the club house serves food and drinks and has excellent Happy Hour specials.

You can use any of the pools free of charge. No key or tenant card required.
There are 37 pools and Spas.

The Golf Course, courts & fitness sports club are private.

***3 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR COCHELLA, STAGE COACH & ALL HOLIDAYS***

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire townhome & outdoor patio are included.
Monterey is a private Country Club and you may access the Club house for dinning and any of the pools and spas.
Courts, Golf and Sports center require a membership to access which is separate from this rental agreement.
*All private members and guests must also pay court fees per use, per person and a golf or sports membership is required.
Other things to note
*There is a 2 Night Minimum on weekends & a 3 night Minimum for holidays!
