This was an absolutely lovely place to stay. Its not too far from the city center and there is plenty of public transportation nearby. It was so clean and homey. I 10/10 recommend this place!

Fantastic house

We spent a good week of vacation. The house is perfect to go and visit Dublin because buses G1/G2 are 300 meters away from the house.

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice. It is absolutely magnificent! Cozy and clean. The host was very accommodating to all of our needs and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely try and snag this hidden gem again when we come back to Dublin!

We had a lovely stay. Rob was a great host and communicator. The place was immaculate and comfortable. We would easily stay here again, 5 Stars across the board, except for location, which cannot be helped. We actually enjoyed being a little further out rather than City Center and found that public transportation works quite well, but it was a bit if a journey to get anywhere.

Loves this place just down the block from Ballyfermot plaza only a 15 minute ride to heart of Dublin. Food/drink all close by to walk or take a short ride. Thank you Rob was wonderful and the back yard was awesome to sit outside as well. You will love it……

Nice days in Dublin

Perfect check-in, pleasant communication with Rob. The house offers plenty of space and has good infrastructure in the surrounding area. Thank you for the accommodation.

This unit served our family well when staying in Dublin. Rob was responsive to messages, and accommodated us with an early check in after our flight which we greatly appreciated.The home is very nicely kept and well appointed.Our only concern was the neighborhood and area of the city we were in. One street over looked to be in rough condition, and we were not confident it was the safest area for us to be. We chose not to use the bus from the area due to safety concerns, so we ended up spending quite a bit of money using Uber to go back and forth to the city. One of our Uber drivers questioned why we would stay in that neighborhood.We appreciated the comfortable accommodations and Rob's hospitality, but do your research on the area before committing.

Ballyfermot

This is a well appointed terrace close to the bus line into Dublin City. We enjoyed our stay here and Rob is a very friendly and helpful host. There are supermarkets within walking distance and a really good walking area around Phoenix park with some lovely restaurants nearby.Thanks again Rob, this was a great stay.Peter and Toni Australia

The house is west of downtown Dublin away from the traffic. Residential neighborhood with good access to the west and southwest of the city. Grocery store within walking distance. Only dining options within walking distance were Chinese and other Asian takeaways. No sit down places or pubs. While the listing does mention laundry facilities, it's only a washer. There is a clothesline for drying. Good internet and streaming channels available. It appears the owners stay there occasionally based upon the supplies in the kitchen and closets. Owners were accessible via email messaging and provided a phone number.

Super easy

The flat or small house is a bit outside of dublin but you can easily get into town by bus. Without changing buses and in 30 minutes. Buses run all night.The bus stop and shops are just a few minutes away. The neighbourhood was very quiet and Rob was a nice uncomplicated host. The price was unbeatable. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and would come again.

Very Irish Property

Excellent position due to bus services to the city. Not quite enough crockery etc had we been a family of four. Otherwise well equipped kitchen. Living room furniture not comfortable. Could do with more information about the heating and recycling rules.

Good solid accommodation

Rob, the host was very good to deal with. He was informative and accommodating. A wealth of information. Unfortunately, we found the sitting room furniture was very uncomfortable and hard to relax in. Overall, the home was very well cleaned with a couple of minor issues in the kitchen. It wasn’t quite what we were expecting, but we are a couple in our 60’s and are used to a little more comfort.
