This is a great location in Howth, and the rental was well appointed, clean and comfortable, but we didn't realize how small the space was going to be. There was barely room to deal with luggage and move around, especially for two people. A little too cozy! And the price we felt was salty for such a small space. We will be more diligent next time in choosing a space that isn't so cramped, but the location was perfect and Howth is a gem!

Fantastic location in Howth with a clean room. Dishes available to use as well as a fan. Smaller sized room but if you don’t plan to lounge around in the room for most of your time, it’s a great place to stay.

Train and bus from airport. 2 days using DART in/out Dublin and a day on Howth. Freenow taxi to Irish ferries for sailrail to Manchester.

Location Location Location! Absolutely perfect spot as home base. Stunning cliffs, great seafood, gracious town and we'll definitely return many times‐‐ an absolute haven away from the congestion. We left and stayed in Dublin city center before flying on to Porto a few days later, and we are far happier for having stayed here first!Off peak, if you're up before 8am or 9am, bring your own coffee machine & coffee. Tea kettle, instant coffee & tea bags provided in room. Little is open before 7.30, and you're on your own till 8 or 9am for coffee. Functionality-- there are two wall plugs, so charging your laptops & devices overnight can be a challenge. There are no hooks, and little if any shelf space, available in the room, so bring a travel caddy for all bathroom essentials. No hooks for towels or jackets/coats. There is a small closet but no shelf or drawers otherwise for clothes, books, etc. Finally, plan a quick tesco trip, only about 500 meters, for basic items like an extra bath & hand towel.

The cliffs, harbour, seafood and relaxed village atmosphere really do make it such a special place, and we’re delighted to hear you preferred staying here before heading into Dublin city. We also really appreciate you taking the time to share such detailed feedback. Most of our guests have found the room comfortable and have left very positive feedback about their stays, although we completely understand that everyone has different needs and preferences. The room does have a closet for storage, which provides suitable space for the room layout. Regarding the coffee, we provide a starter pack of tea and coffee for guests, we also provide a French press in the kitchen for those who would like to make fresh coffee. There are plug points available in the kitchenette area, and towel storage is also available in the bathroom. Had you contacted us during your stay, we would have been very happy to help and make things more comfortable for you. We really appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the beautiful location and your time in Howth. We’d love to welcome you back again!
