Grande retraite de famille dans un quartier sûr et calme avec piscine communautaire (2 minutes à pied), et situé à seulement 1 mile de la plage où un parking gratuit est disponible. Cette belle maison 4BR / 3BA dort 11 avec un lit king, un lit queen, deux lits jumeaux, un lit superposé avec lit gigogne, et un canapé-lit queen. Le Master Bath dispose d'un bain à remous. Toutes les chambres et le salon / salle familiale sont équipées de ventilateurs de plafond et de grandes télévisions écran plat HD avec capacité DVR. Cette retraite familiale comprend également un service Internet sans fil, laveuse et sécheuse, fer / planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée, barbecue à gaz, vélos (3 adultes (y compris tandem) et 5 enfants), 2 ensembles de clubs de golf (1 homme, une femme) et un tuyau et une douche intérieure (garage) pour se laver après une journée à la plage.

This was our second time staying here and as before, it was an absolute pleasure! The space for our family of 8 was plenty and the kids of course enjoyed the pool and even played with a few other kids that were there as well. Overall a great stay! Can’t wait to come back again!

The home was very closely located to North Myrtle Beach and was very comfortable to stay at. It was furnished with whatever you needed to make your stay away from home a pleasant one.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was absolutely perfect! Access to anything and everything you could need or want in North Myrtle. The pool was a game changer for our family. We will definitely be back!

Great Place

This was our first time staying here. Always a little nervous when renting a place for the first time. However, this house as well as the communication with the owner exceeded expectations. We were very happy with the home and will look to rent it again next summer. The home is in great condition and is very clean. I am very glad we chose this rental.

Just a few minute drive to everything, beach, grocery, restaurants and fun.The pool is only a 1 minute walk from the house. Beautiful home with everything you need. Loved the closed in porch off of the dining room. My adult children (15-27) enjoyed riding the bikes. I reached out to Don to see if they had a crockpot. They didn’t but he had one delivered before our arrival. It's the little things!! Would visit again.

AMAZING PLACE & OWNERS - JUNE 2020

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! :) We had a great trip and did not want to leave - this house and these owners were amazing!!! Everything in the description is true to their word. From the bikes to the grill, the board games to the beach chairs, the screened in porches and the nearby by well-kept pool, the extra blankets to the many towels, the WELL supplied kitchen to the awesome TV's - everything was perfect and much appreciated. Everything was meticulously clean and owners are very responsive. Thanks for making it a great trip for a 2020 Covid-19 graduate - Would DEF recommend to others and will DEF stay again if in that area!!!!

Wonderful Home!

Very clean, well stocked, and great communication with the owner. Short distance to the beach and in a very quiet, gated community. Our kids LOVED the bikes and the pool. Worked great for our family of 9 during our week-long stay. Will definitely recommend and be back next time we’re in NMB! *also went kayaking during our trip with Cherry Grove Kayaking and highly recommend to those coming to town!*

Best location, best stay in Myrtle Beach!

Our family had the best time here and the space was absolutely perfect for our family size of eight! The neighbors were all nice there as well. Wonderful area so many things to do and very close to the beach. The pictures doesn’t do it justice! It was a great stay and we hope to make this our yearly spot for now on! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Family Vacation

We had all 3 of our children and our grandkids with us and the house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room in the dining area and the Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking and food prep easy.. Great location close to all shopping, beaches and attractions. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again in the future.

Great week at the beach!

The owner was very responsive the first day we arrived when the refrigerator was not working properly. He offered to by a mini-fridge to keep our food cold and scheduled a repairman to service the appliance. The house was located in a quiet gated community and my children enjoyed the various bikes to cruise around the neighborhood. We also appreciated the linens and towels provided by the owner to minimize our packing and setting up once we arrived. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxing week!

Well taken care of home with all you need for your vacation stay! Enjoyed the safe feeling in the gated community with the private pool.
