Martha's Vineyard Cozy Getaway près de la pittoresque plage de Philbin

Cette location est une maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes avec une terrasse pour profiter de l'air frais de l'île. L'espace de vie est au dernier étage avec un sous-sol de sortie. La chambre principale est spacieuse et comprend un lit queen size et une salle de bain privée pleine grandeur. Les deux autres chambres comprennent des lits doubles. Si vous avez plus de 6 personnes, le canapé confortable s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size pour accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires. Serviettes, plage et bain, et draps sont disponibles. Nous avons quelques planches de boogie et une glacière sur roues si vous voulez aller à la plage pour la journée. Il y a aussi quatre chaises de plage disponibles si vous voulez les emmener à la plage de Philbin, qui est à 3 km, Moshup Beach ou Lobsterville Beach. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, pas de soucis, prenez simplement un bus à la fin de Moshup Trail et descendez à l'autre extrémité de Moshup Trail par le phare et vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à Philbin Beach (0,8 miles) ou simplement aller à Moshup Beach . Vous pouvez également prendre un bus pour Oak Bluffs ou Menemsha, où il y a aussi des plages à choisir. Située à Aquinnah, cette location vous permettra de retrouver la tranquillité d'esprit et la tranquillité jour et nuit. Pendant votre séjour, vous voudrez peut-être visiter le Gay Head Light House et faire une visite ou prendre un déjeuner et acheter un souvenir sur les falaises. N'oubliez pas de visiter également le Centre culturel Aquinnah. Assurez-vous également de prendre un coucher de soleil sur l'une des plages environnantes. Cela crée de superbes opportunités de photo. Les animaux de compagnie sympathiques et bien formés sont les bienvenus. À la fin de la journée, détendez-vous au coin du feu et n'oubliez pas le chocolat pour vos smores.

Our stay at the Silva's was everything we were looking for and more for a short getaway to Martha's Vineyard. The house looked better than the pictures! Check in was easy with the door code and the binder about the house was very helpful. We travelled with our two dogs who had a blast playing in the yard. The house was super close to Lobsterville beach, which we took the dogs to for morning walks. Aquinnah was beautiful, quiet and peaceful, especially compared to some of the more touristy parts of the island. It was the perfect location for us and our dogs to relax. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing Stay in Aquinnah

This was our second time staying at this property, and we are so in love with this home! The house has everything you could need on vacation and the owners are so helpful and responsive. We loved spending afternoons on the deck after long days at the beach. And night time by the fire pit roasting marshmallows with the kids was perfect. The house is extremely clean and well stocked. We love the location and the privacy of the home. We are so grateful to have stayed here and can’t wait to go back in the future! If you are looking for a stay on the Vineyard, then look no further, because this is the perfect rental property!

A perfect retreat in Aquinnah

Great spot to get away

We enjoyed all that the area had to offer. The house is set in a lovely wooded area with a pond. We really enjoyed being outside and visiting the nearby beaches and hiking trails. We also enjoyed having coffee on the deck and observing the various wildlife. Would highly recommend this property if you enjoy outdoor adventures.

Great stay

My husband, myself, and our dog Gus really enjoyed our stay. The house and property was a quiet little oasis. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. We loved playing fetch in the yard with Gus, bike rides to the beach down the road, and relaxing at lobsterville beach. Kelly was quick to respond to all our needs and she even let us check in early. We cannot wait to come back!

The most wonderful few days

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Silva property. It was the perfect R&R we all needed. The backyard is private yet close to the beach, lighthouse, and fun things to do in chilmark. It was also perfect for our black lab who enjoyed playing fetch on the lawn and relaxing by the hammock. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

Our family of 4 stayed at the cozy getaway and it was everything we wanted and more! Great amenities like the fire pit and outdoor shower. Very comfortable inside space and all the kitchen we needed for a few home cooked meals. The Silva’s were excellent and responsive hosts. I’d give it more than 5 stars if able!

So Peaceful!

We’ve been coming every summer to stay on the vineyard for years, and this was our fav rental. Plenty of space for the family, clean, had everything we needed. The yard was soo peaceful and beautifully manicured, and the little pond in the yard was fun to check out some frogs, turtles, & dragonflies. I would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Property

My family had an incredible time staying at this house. My two kids (ages 3 and 1.5) loved looking for frogs in the pond and my dog loved running around the large yard. During the day, we went to the beach right down the road and at night, we went out to dinner in a nearby town or ate at home and made s’mores by the fire. I highly recommend if you want to have a perfect vacation.

We are the Silva family from Taunton, MA. We have two children and a dog. Since 2013, my husband had been working in Martha's Vineyard, and he heard about the property for sale in Aquinnah. Of course, we fell in love with the land right away. That is when we decided to build a home there, and with a few hiccups along the way, we managed to finish our dream house on the island.

We always wanted to own a summer home on Martha's Vineyard where we could escape to with our family. Aquinnah's ties to the Wampanoag tribe was a big draw for my husband, and Philbin Beach was what captured my heart. The location is serene, private, and picturesque.
