We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was well equipped, cozy and clean. I will definitely stay at this cabin in the future.

It’s a beautiful property that deserves some love. We had a wonderful weekend despite this tired little house. We rented the last weekend of the summer, 3 nights total for around 2000. It’s overpriced. Oven does not work properly. The tv is outdated (could not cast from your smart devices). The shower rod with its rusted curtain clips and dirty/stained shower curtain eesh. When we first walked in, right away I saw one roach looking type of bug but that was the only time. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot with very good pressure in the shower. The place has good bones. Give it some TLC!

House was nice, clean, beds comfortable. It’s quite a bit down a one lane dirt road that has no street sign. We went head to head 3 times with cars coming the other way which required backing down the narrow road backwards. Two issues: 1) the mixer valve for the shower works but needs to be replaced; 2) the water has a very metallic taste. Would be nice if there was a gallon jug of water in the refrigerator. Parking space is a bit away though it appears that the driveway used to go up to the house. There is no explanation for not being able to use the driveway next to the house, just a threat that they will fine you if you move the rocks that block the driveway.

Regarding the water taste, our local team has confirmed the water quality is within standard parameters, though we understand metallic taste can be a personal perception that varies by guest, and we'll pass your observation along for review. The driveway access and road conditions are fixed aspects of the property location that are disclosed in the listing and on the map during booking. The one-lane dirt road is typical for the area, and the driveway restriction is set by the property owner for safety and liability reasons. We recognize these details may not be ideal for all guests, and we encourage future guests to review the listing photos, map, and description carefully before booking so they can decide if the location and access work for their stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll consider staying with us again.
