Our stay was very nice except for the fact that the elevator was not working and my 85yo mother who wears oxygen had to climb many stairs all week to get to the condo. If the elevator were working it would have been perfect.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was old and dirty with many loose items. Towel racks, a few outlets, shower temp knob all found to be loose. Sliding door latches difficult to operate and, couch was dirt stained. 5 days before arrival, we were told elevator did not work. The elevator will not be repaired anytime soon. We had family coming to visit that could not,due to the fact we were on the 3rd floor!! Very very disappointed for the amount of money we paid!!

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance seriously. After receiving your comments, we opened work orders for a deep clean and inspection, including couch cleaning or replacement as needed, tightening/replacing towel racks, addressing loose outlets and the shower temperature control, and repairing the sliding door latches. We also notified building management about the elevator outage and are requesting an updated repair timeline; we will ensure the listing accurately reflects the elevator status, so future guests aren’t surprised. I regret the disruption this caused—especially with visitors unable to access the unit—and that the stay did not reflect the value you expected. We will follow up through Vrbo to address this further.

Only down fall was the elevator was down which is out of the hosts control. Otherwise, was a wonderful place to stay for a week with one of the best views of the ocean and beach which made sunsets perfect.
