Welcome to Lakeshore Lodge, a breathtaking three-story mountain retreat located just minutes from downtown Breckenridge & world-class skiing. This beautiful home features a grand entrance, soaring ceilings, top-of-the-line appliances, multiple bedrooms and sleeping areas, poker room, home theater, and a 6-person hot tub. Perfect for families, groups, and those looking to experience the Rocky Mountains at its finest!
Kitchen: The fully stocked is a chef's dream includes top-end stainless steel appliances, a large granite island with bar seating for 6, and plenty of pantry space. Sit down with family or friends around the oversized wood dining table with seating for 10. A traditional drip coffee maker can be found in the kitchen.
Living Room: Unwind in the main living area just off the kitchen, complete with two plush leather sofas, two lounge chairs, a cozy gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV with cable. Step out onto the wraparound deck, accessible from the kitchen and living room, and take in the crisp mountain air as you enjoy your morning coffee or an aprĂšs-ski cocktail.
Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Bed, 6 Bath -
âą Primary Bedroom (top floor): King size Motto - Sleep adjustable bed, lounge chairs, SmartTV, fireplace, walk in closet, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes his and her vanity, a large soaking tub, and walk-in tile shower with dual shower head.
âą Second Bedroom (top floor): King size bed, coffee table, TV with Roku, and closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom - including his & her vanity and shower/tub combo.
âą Third Bedroom (top floor): 2 Twin size beds, armoire, and false balcony.
âą Fourth Bedroom (main floor): King size bed, closet, and TV with Roku. This bedroom shares a bathroom located across the hall â including a single vanity & shower/tub combo.
âą Fifth Bedroom (main floor): Queen size bed, closet, SmartTV, and ensuite bath. This bath has another access door from the hallway. This bathroom includes his and her vanity and shower/tub combo.
âą Sixth Bedroom (bottom floor): 1 Queen size bed & 3 twin size beds, SmartTV, and ensuite bath. This bath has another access door from the living area. This bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Home Theater: Get ready for the ultimate movie night in the home theater, located on the bottom floor. Featuring 8 leather power-reclining seats and enjoy stunning visuals on the 85-inch LG SmartTV with cable. Whether you're watching the latest blockbuster or a family favorite, this space is perfect for a cozy movie night in.
Poker Room: Put your poker skills to the test in the poker and wine room, located just across from the wet bar on the bottom floor. With seating for 6 around the wooden table and plenty of wine storage, it's the perfect spot for an evening of friendly competition and fine drinks. Extra poker chips can be found in the wooden dresser just outside the room- so shuffle up and deal!
Billiards Area: Don't forget about the full-size billiards table with ping pong table that easily slides overtop. This area also includes a flatscreen TV, two bean bag chairs, and plenty of toys & games to occupy the little ones.
Outdoor Space: The billiards area on the bottom floor opens directly to the wraparound deck, where you'll find a propane firepit and a 6-person hot tub. For outdoor cooking, a propane grill is located just off the kitchen entrance to the deck.
Office: The office area located by the grand foyer offers a comfy and functional workspace, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. This room features a dedicated desk and workspace area, a SmartTV with Roku, and a cozy sofa.
Laundry Room: The full-size washer & dryer are located just off the garage entryway on the main floor.
Experience the perfect blend of seclusion, comfort, and mountain charm at the Lakeshore Luxury Chalet. With spacious living areas, high-end appliances, hot tub, home theater, and multiple entertainment areas, this home is designed for unforgettable stays in Breckenridge.
The maximum occupancy for this home is 14.
For larger groups or multi-family vacations, consider the neighboring properties â The Timber's Edge Estate with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 12 or the Luminary Log Chalet with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 8. Together, these homes provide the perfect setup for large gatherings while maintaining privacy and comfort.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay. This home is not pet-friendly.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
