This property is great. It’s an upstairs unit in a small apartment building. We rarely saw the neighbors though every one we did see was very friendly. The unit is well located, immaculately clean, and the host is wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed including snacks and coffee. The bathrooms are great - the towels are soft. The beds are comfortable. There is one ac wall unit in the living area and fans in the bedrooms. It was very hot in San Diego during our stay so an extra fan would have been perfect but we were comfortable enough. While there is no designated parking space, we never had a problem finding a spot on the street. North Park is such a fun area. There are so many good restaurants and coffee shops near. There’s even a small Target a few minutes away. This property is truly fantastic. My only suggestion is more towel hooks in the bathrooms - though that’s an issue at most vacation rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Ellie was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating! The home was is good shape and had enough amenities for our week long stay. It’s in a great location, we would definitely stay there again.

We had great communication with Ellie before, during and after our trip. The apartment is very clean and modern and had everything we needed. It was great that all the drawers were labeled so we knew where to find things. Location for us was perfect. Highly recommend this place.
