Good location that’s an easy walk to a lot of North Park spots, but just far enough away that it’s quiet. - Rooms were clean. - Water pressure in the bedroom bath shower was very low.- Would be nice to have a few more little amenities such as ice cube trays in the freezer, a blow dryer in the bathroom, toaster, etc. All in all, a good spot and stay.

We didn't plan in advance for the single key and parking space for 6 people but were able to make it work. We had a great weekend for the wedding.

Nice condo.

Nice place in the heart of North Park. It was clean and neat. Good communication. Easy check in and out process. Will definitely use again if we are in the area.

Amazing home in an amazing location!

Perfect place for my family, nice and clean and spacious! Had everything we needed! The best part was being able to walk to anything and everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our group of five adults for a 2 night stay. Very comfortable for us to use as home base while in San Diego for the weekend.

Our stay

The location was great. Nice neighborhood. We had a few issues. One trash and paint can left in master bedroom. Two we had trouble being able to watch tv in living room. We texted owner saying we couldn’t get tv in living room He texted back on what we need to do. We did it but nothing. We texted him back that that that did not work. We never heard back from him again. Not good customer service for what we paid.

Great location!

We loved our stay here- it’s a great location, surrounded by wonderful neighborhood restaurants, ice-cream shops, coffee shops and breweries. Plus, very easy access to all the popular tourist destinations. The house is clean and comfortable. Thanks!!

Great location

We recently stayed at this VRBO in North Park San Diego. The location is great; especially if you like craft beer and great places to eat. The owner was great at communicating and even allowed us into the property very early on our first day. The location was clean and secure. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice two bedroom condo in North Park. On a side note, if you go, make your way to "The Friendly" for the best doggone burger at a little hole in the wall a few doors down from a nice brewery.

My only minor complaint is it’s not a house, it’s a townhome. I was under the impression it was a house by the listing. Great place though and if I come back will stay again

Everything was great!

We were four friends (2 Couples) staying for a short weekend. The neighborhood was so fun! Condo was perfect for our needs and clean as a whistle. Will happily stay again!

Great location!

Perfect fit for two adults and three kids! Ideal location in North Park with Starbucks right next door. Easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and CVS for essentials. 10 minute drive to Balboa Park and zoo. Host gave clear directions for check in and check out and was easy to reach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Great place in a great area

Cool place in North Park! We had 5 adults stay here for a few days and we loved how close it was to so many things! It's a short walk to tons of restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. About a 15 minute drive to downtown and 25 minutes to La Jolla. The host was very nice and responded quickly any time we messaged him. Checking in and checking out were simple and straightforward. The only issue we had was it being extremely hot inside the first night. It was about 15 degrees cooler outside so we opened all the doors and windows but eventually had to just blast the A/C. The small fans in the bedrooms helped get us through that night and it cooled off by the next day so it wasn't really an issue beyond that. Overall, this place was the perfect home base for us and we'd absolutely stay here again if we come back!

Location location location and more

This fantastic apartment is in the heart of North Park, which means that everything you need is within walking distance. Starbucks is next door, a grocery and CVS are across the street, Target is within walking distance and every kind of restaurant you could think of is just a short walk away. We had wonderful Thai, Italian, pizza, bagels, gelato, and more. The apartment itself is clean and well stocked with everything you need: hand soap, dish, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, the list goes on. The owner has provided fans and a Shark robot vacuum that takes care of business while you’re out and about. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is fresh. Louis responded to a quick question immediately. We spent a lot of time in La Jolla, but I would still not change where we stayed. Thank you, Louis, for a wonderful vacation!

Great vacation for the grandkids

We visited the Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, beach and several other things, the location was perfect . No long distances to travel. Louis was super to work with always answered or text. Wish we could give him a higher rating than 5 stars. The house was clean and very comfortable.

A good place in North Park

We stayed for a week in this three-bedroom-two-bathroom condo-type place in North Park. The place is modest - very functional but not luxurious, Louis was an excellent communicator throughout our week. The place was reasonably well equipped and clean. The TV in the main room struggled a bit with Netflix and Amazon. There are two really great things about the location - it is very convenient to the highway system and to the airport. There's a Starbuck's steps away, a CVS, and a Baron's just a few more steps. The restaurant El Comal two blocks away excellent. I can recommend this place.
