Excellent location for us, close to family and Wrigley.The host was very responsive and communicated with us very timely. The parking spot and extra bathroom were a bonus for us.I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very accommodating, leaving us bottled water in the refrigerator. The location was fantastic for attending a game at Wrigley and for enjoying the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was fantastic. He responded to any questions that I had very quickly. we had a great time!

The apartment was in a safe location, very close to restaurants & bars. It was maybe a 5-7 minute walk to Wrigley. Very clean and the host was very responsive. I would stay here again.

Perfect location, great communication

We had a wonderful stay. Steven was very accommodating when I needed an early check in for my elderly mom. The location is perfect for a Cubs game but also walking distance to shopping, restaurants and parks. The unit is comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were super clean. 10/10 would stay again.

Work/play quick trip to Chicago

We only had a couple of days to spend in Chicago in a mix of work and play. This place was affordable, awesome location, and better than any other we found with extensive research! The host (Stephen) was AMAZING, 5 stars does not begin to explain or describe how great this trip was (location, site, communication)! I will ABSOLUTELY be returning!

Actually this should be a one star. This place was not only horrible but it is not the same place as what shows in the photos. The photos are significantly different. Holes in the wall, broken blinds, there was no shower door but a curtain hanging by plastic wrap. Grossly stained furniture, front entry was a mess. So very disappointing especially for what we paid.

We had a horrible stay. We immediately noticed a large hole in the wall when we entered into the apartment. We also noticed broken blinds, stains on the couch, missing light fixtures, a musty smell, and hard beds with comforters that were torn and coming apart. For the money we paid, we thought this place was going to be excellent but it was truly a nightmare. We also were intruded upon during the last day of our stay. The guests who were supposed to check in the next day already received the code from the company, and they were able to open the door while we were still staying there. This place is unsafe, unclean, and we would have much preferred to stay in a hotel for this price.

Wrigleyville apartment

Convenience was everything. It was walking distance to everything in wrigleyville. It was very clean. The floors were loud I felt bad for whoever was below us and the people above us were awake at like 4 am making tons of racket. Parking was a struggle, we had two vehicles and only one parking spot came with the apartment for free so keep that in mind. Also be aware that there are rats everywhere at night because this backs up to an alleyway. The beds were somewhat hard, more or less just a brand new firm memory foam mattress. But honestly I had very very little complaints, we had a great stay. My father in law doesn’t want to stay anywhere else when we come to Chicago.
