The place was very clean and well stocked, with lots of nice details we appreciated. There were fresh flowers on the table when we arrived, a dish with little candies on the kitchen counter, and some bottles of water in the fridge. We found it to be very easy to access the subway to travel to Manhattan, just a few minutes walk with the number 6 train coming frequently. We discovered a cafe called The Mottley Kitchen about a ten minute walk away, and had delicious coffee, pastries and other breakfast food there several times during our stay. We went to the Bronx Zoo and had a delicious meal in the Bronx’s Little Italy. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the rental to others.

Eche’s place was the perfect place for our New York weekend adventure and to experience Christmas in the city. We were able to Uber to and from downtown easily or could hop on the subway which is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and living room had plenty of seating and space for everyone to spread out. Eche was also super accommodating with storing our luggage before check in and after check out so we could enjoy a bit more of the city before heading home.

The unit was just perfect. It was very clean and very well organized. It had everything one would expect to find or need when staying away from home. Location was convenient to sites and transportation. Security was very good. Access and entrance were easy. All great. We all agreed we want to stay here the next time we visit NYC.

Eche was a wonderful host. We couldn't figure out how to get into the second door of the apartment and the first call he answered and stayed on the phone to make sure we got in. The place was very clean and had a homie feel. Only a 10 minute ride from LaGuardia and a few blocks away from the subway ( 8-10 minute walk) which made it easy to get to Manhattan. Four adults stayed here comfortably. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a super comfortable stay in the Bronx! The place was spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. Fantastic spot!

We loved our stay! The property is open, light, well-equipped, super clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint I have is that the property was listed as 4 minutes from Columbia, but it took us at least 15 minutes by taxi/uber. Still, worth the trip. We really enjoyed our stay!

In the south side of The Bronx but still it was a great stay. listing was accurate, the apartment was clean and had plenty of space for the family. The living room was our favorite part for the family to hang out on down time, very comfortable. Theres a restaurant downstairs and you can hear the music on the weekends, but it did not bother us one bit. A quick walk to the verry convenient 6 train. There is plenty of food in the area and a convenience store on the corner. I would recommend and would rebook this place again.

Beautiful apartment in Queens

We were very impressed with the size of the apartment so close to Manhattan. Super clean and tidy. Communication with the property manager was on point, great customer service. Apartment located in a busy neighborhood with shops and restaurants right on the street. Had the best time in NY, and the accommodations were a big part of it!
