The private guest suite includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with stand-up shower, and sitting room with a private entrance.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood one mile from all the fun, good eats, and entertainment. The beach, boardwalk, and restaurants are an easy walk, bike, or Uber ride. Bikes are available for daytime use. The Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Beach Sports Center are less than two miles away.

The suite also includes Wi-Fi, TV with streaming apps, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker.

There are many amazing dining and shopping options nearby – it's only 15-30 minutes to Virginia Beach Town Center, Chesapeake, and Downtown Norfolk.

Guests will have a private entrance to the suite. They will enter through the breezeway and have their own code for the digital lock.

We booked this suite as we were attending a concert and wanted a place to stay that was close to it and the beach. The suite is small but was perfect since it was just me and my husband. It was clean and cozy for the time we spent there.

Communication with owner very good. Unit decorated very eclectic. If you love antiques you'll love it. Was very convenient to everything we needed.

Although it was very old but you can rest well, the bed helped remove my back pains the only bad thing was that suddenly there was no hot water to bathe was in heat but everything else was good and very clean, it had snack water, and there was a coffee maker to make coffee and microwave and it also had a TV. Everything is very nice, if you are looking for a place to rest, this is the best place to have a long night to sleep

Worst Vrbo we’ve ever booked

First thing you see as you pull up is a home in such a terrible state of disrepair. Roof is in very rough shape, yard is totally unkempt, the entry to the little, and I mean little, guest unit is a mess! It’s dirty and full of cobwebs. But by far the worst part of this stay were the huge cockroaches we found, in the bedroom! We were so disappointed and disgusted that we decided to checkout a day early. We let the owner know the reason for our early departure; he claimed to have NEVER had a roach problem and assured us that he had terminex treatments regularly. He apologized and assured us he would facilitate a refund through VRBO. GUESS WHAT?! We checked out 8/6, today is 8/21, no refund. Very disappointed.
