Outstanding! The place was super clean and had everything we needed and more. An extra blanket would have been nice but we just turned up the heater. It was perfect for us.

A great place to hang for a few days!

This was such a great location. Beach, grocery and restaurants close by!! We loved the doggy trail near by so we could walk our dog. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe walking even at night around there. The place was cozy and comfortable and Joey took great care of all the details so you feel at home away from home. Definitely check this placeOut!! Worth the stay!

The place is exactly a one mile walk to the oceanfront, straight shot to the beach! I didn’t need a vehicle for this stay because everything is so close.

wonderful place to stay!

My partner and I stayed at Joey’s place and it was AWESOME! very clean and comfortable! I loved the bathroom shower! The bed was very relaxing and the tv was very big! I will be booking with Joey again.

Super comfy mattress and clean bedding. Every amenity we could need. Humongous TV! A bit noisy (ac/street noise) but if you come prepared with white noise headphones like I did, it's a great place to spend a night or two. The EV charger had a really long cord, which was super convenient, and he has an adaptor for non-teslas.
