House was just as nice as in the pictures! Fully stocked with everything you could need, including beach essentials, bikes, pool floats, etc. And the ice delivery was such a pleasant surprise. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach. My family really enjoyed our time and will most definitely stay there again when visiting Siesta Key.

Our family booked Casa Solita and had a wonderful vk..will be going back..fast walk to beach..nice beds...communication with staff was great..balcony so comfortable..my new happy place. Enjoy when you book your trip.

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! It was spectacularly clean and spacious- had everything we needed- except extra toilet paper and tissue (I’d recommend adding a box in each bathroom- no fun blowing your nose with toilet paper ). The location was surprisingly close to the beach- a 2-minute walk! We would definitely book again with you!

We loved it! Good distance to the beach, a little busy, but worth it! Enjoyed the pool everyday. The entire place was really clean and the elevator was definitely a plus!!

Luxury Beach House

Very easy walk to south end of Siesta Beach. The place feels like a luxury hotel with private pool. The pool area was surrounded by palms giving it a very private feel. Overall, had a great experience during our stay.

Overall, the property is lovely. When we arrived, there were some issues with cleanliness, which the management deal with promptly. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome family vacation spot!

Perfect location in beautiful Siesta Key and a lovely beach house made for an enjoyable family vacation. Stocked with everything we needed including beach gear, 4 bikes and a well appointed kitchen. The pool was perfect! Short 1 block walk to the beach. Another family was in the upstairs unit but the house was so well built we didn’t hear a thing! Definitely would stay here again!

Great place for a large family!

We had a wonderful time! The place was just what we needed and very nice. So appreciative! There were 4 families and 2 small children! It worked out great! The pool was perfect for the babies(my grandchildren).

Amazing stay at the beach!

We had the most amazing week at casa stolida! I traveled with my in-laws, husband and daughter who is 3. It was very kid friendly and the perfect place for privacy and family time. The pool area was very private and was the highlight of the trip for our 3 year old. The beach was a 5min walk away and the sunset was incredible. The property had everything we needed to cook at home while also having restaurants within walking distance! We hope to be back one day!

Paradise!

Exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. Felt like royalty from music playing when we arrived to cupcakes in the frig! The pool is so awesome for the kiddos after a day at the beach and the place is gorgeous and perfect location. Close to everything so walked everywhere or rode bikes or trolly. Surprisingly Spacious

This one building has two condos, and each has its own private pool area. Each condo has four bedrooms and three baths. With all of that packed into one building, we were surprised at how spacious the area was. Condo was generously supplied with all of the utensils and tools, you would need in the kitchen, as well as a wagon and beach, chairs and bicycles for your outdoor fun. While we were there, the county had a “boil water“ warning for the first week. Management was very responsive and keeping us up-to-date on that.

Home was clean and nice..the walk to the beach was good...I didn't like getting a phone call accusing me of entering the home before check in...it was a hectic travel day that was the last thing I needed.

Great Family Getaway

There were 10 of us in our group, and we really enjoyed our stay! Having the covered area down by the pool was perfect for the grandkids. Between the pool area and the beach being so close, we had such a relaxing week. We rented kayaks up at Turtle Beach one morning, which was a lot of fun. The welcome cupcakes were delicious and a very thoughtful touch. I look forward to coming back!

Fantastic getaway!

We had a great time on Siesta Key and really enjoyed our stay at Casa Solida. The place was exactly as described and decorated nicely. We did a ton of cooking at the house and seemed to have everything we needed. It was important to have a private pool so this place was perfect! We spent most mornings at the pool then made our way to the beach for the afternoons. Beach access is only four houses down the road and it was nice the have cooler, chairs, etc provided. There are a few restaurants, bars and small grocery within walking distance from the house. It was our first time to Siesta and will definitely return:)

Awesome condo. Great location.

Great communication. Best welcome gift ever. The condo itself is everything you could ask for, clean, spacious, and high quality. The pool is awesome, maybe trim back some of the trees to allow more sun exposure. Short walk to the beach. And great location to local restaurants and bars.

Amazing experience overall!!

Me and my 9 girlfriends had the best time here. The location was perfection and the house was so beautiful. It really exceeded our expectations! The beds/linens/pillows were so comfortable and the amenities included everything we could possibly need! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here if we are back in the area!!
