Enjoy the perfect getaway in this designer dream home located just 10 miles from the pristine shores of Siesta Key. Every detail has been meticulously thought through to provide you with a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is our personal vacation home and we have outfitted it to the highest standard.

You will love the bright, airy and extremely comfortable spaces. Stream your favorite movie on the new 75 inch TV, listen to music on the sonos system, enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in patio, or take advantage of the variety of books and games provided for your enjoyment. 6 beach towels, 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and one umbrella are provided!

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create a delicious meal at home. Alternatively, UTC provides endless shopping and dining options to satisfy even the most discerning palette.

Stay on top of work with a dedicated office area complete with chargers and extension chord provided for use during your stay.

The attached double garage provides plenty of space for parking and storage. There is a dedicated 14-50 240volt outlet for higher speed car charging in the garage. Simply walk across the street to enjoy exclusive access to the heated community pool.

Downstairs: kitchen, living, dining, office, laundry, guest bathroom

Upstairs: en-suite master bedroom, upper living space/loft, second and third bedrooms, and shared bathroom.

Our experience was wonderful! The unit was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean as can be and very comfortable overall. It was very conveniently located and allowed us a place to relax after a day at the beach. The host was very attentive, responsive and available for anything during our stay. We would highly recommend for anybody considering staying at this location.

The best place we've ever stayed!

Wow! This place is incredible! It was perfect for our stay as we visited family in the area. Not only was it spotless but it was perfectly appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the living areas to the beach gear. There was not a single thing I could say that would have improved this home. My kids loved having the pool right across the street and the adults loved having TWO lounge spaces so we could have adult time while the kids had their own space too. Vanessa was also such an easy person to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would HIGHLY recommend this home!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this holiday home! The property exceeded our expectations and looked even better than in the photos. The house was spotlessly clean, brand new, and equipped with absolutely everything one could need. I’ve never stayed in a vacation home with such a perfectly stocked kitchen – not a single thing was missing. We felt completely comfortable and at home from the very first moment, and we’re already planning our return.The community pool was fantastic – a great way to cool off, even on cloudy or rainy days. And whenever the weather turned, it was so convenient to be just a few steps away from the house.Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and we greatly appreciated the late check-out. We absolutely loved our stay here and can recommend this place without hesitation!
