Discover this waterfront, sound side 4-bedroom 3.5-bath gem in Atlantic Beach with breathtaking views, gorgeous sunsets, and private pier for fishing or crabbing! Spend your day lounging on the beach, at the pool, or watching the sunset on one of the various waterfront porches at the house. This stunning home features a master suite with king bed and private bathroom suite with tub/shower and double vanities. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers 2 queen beds, a single twin bed, and boasts a private full bathroom with double vanity and shower. The other guest bathroom features a tub/shower with double vanity. Additional half bath for added convenience. Single garage is offered for storage of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. There is also a propane grill available for use. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, washer/dryer, and during your stay. The private pier offers direct water access for kayaking (not provided), fishing, crabbing, or simply soaking in the sun! When the day is complete, enjoy cooking in the charming kitchen or grilling outside. Outdoor shower is also available or showering or washing off after a day in the sand! Full water views and amazing sunsets abound!

A 1-minute drive will take you to historic Fort Macon, where you can experience history in this Civil War-era fort. Walk through fort and along the nature trails and experience the natural beauty of the island. Morehead City, home of the annual Big Rock Blue Marlin Fishing Tournament, is directly across the sound from our home and can be reached in a short drive over the island bridge. With a 15-minute drive, you can experience historic Beaufort, NC and all it has to offer. Beaufort is a known home of the infamous pirate, Blackbeard, where his shipwreck was located just outside of Beaufort Inlet. Walk through the streets, take in local seafood and shopping, and see the wild horses on Carrot Island. Take a boat tour to nearby Cape Lookout National Seashore, and experience Carolina coast at its finest!

Island Quay is a private, gated community with private beach access. When you need a rest from the beach, spend your time lounging at the private neighborhood pool- a perfect way to end your day in the sun!

The house is nicely decorated, well stocked, and comfortable. The pier out in the back was beautiful for sunsets and the beach accessible across the street is uncrowded and lovely.

Beautiful spot!

Very clean, gorgeous views, check-in was seamless, kitchen is well-equipped, porches are great with plenty of seating and accessible from most every room. Enjoyed the screened in porch all day long!

The home was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch and the dock! Our only complaint was pool and beach access which had no parking that we could find and is located across the main road.

We rented this stunning home for a week vacation in July. Upon arriving I was stunned at how clean, well kept & beautiful this home was. From perfect coastal style, to the view from the living room this home is breathtaking. As a family traveling for a week, not having to bring linens for beds and baths was a huge plus! The bedrooms are extremely roomy, and the beds are amazing to sleep in. We had great communication with the home owner the duration of our stay. Location is perfect for beach & pool, while remaining peaceful and quiet. Close to restaurants, grocery stores & a 10 min drive to Morehead. I cannot recommend this home enough. By far our best VRBO rental to date.

Words simply cannot express how beautiful this home is! It has a breathtaking scenic view of the marsh and the sound that you can see from the second and third floor. The outdoor lighting at night is spectacular from the palm trees, edge of lawn, marsh and all the way along to the dock. It was awesome waking each morning in a beautiful home with all the luxuries we needed. Not to mention-morning coffee in the kitchen while taking in that gorgeous panoramic view was so nice and relaxing. The beds were comfortable along with all the couches, seats and chairs. The home has a large water filtration system and the water tasted really good. So, leave your bottled water behind. The host was very accommodating. He made us feel right at home.
